Finally found a dentist who knows how to make a beautiful and normal looking pair of dentures. The process from start to finish, was exactly as promised. The front office staff is friendly and professional. I just have to mention Vicki, the dental hygienist who cleans your teeth, WOW, after 60 years of getting dental cleanings twice a year, this was by far, the most gentle cleaning I have ever had! The whole staff is wonderful. Thank You for making my beautiful and great fitting upper denture! Feels good to smile again!

Staff and Dr. Jim are the best. I have been a patient for several years now. This is a place where old valued traditions are coupled with modern technology. Dr. Jim and staff take the time to get to know you. They create a care plan that meets your personal needs. It is rare to see a business treat their customers like old friends. It is a great feeling knowing you aren’t “just” another patient. Simply put, this is the best place in town for dentistry services.

Dr. Lalonde is very thorough, competent, and professional. This dentist is not on my dental work plan and I’m going to do my best to stay with him. Absolutely the best dentist I have ever been to! In the past, I have had many experiences with other dentists that almost left me with a fear of them. Dr. Jim is very good at what he does, and he has an equally talented staff. My appointments were always on time, and Dr. Jim made me feel very at ease, and the procedures were as painless as possible. He always follows up every appointment with a text or a phone call just to make sure that I am doing OK. If you want the very best dentist that you can find anywhere, trust Dr. Lalonde. He’s the best, no question.

Excellent staff. Dr Lalonde is the best. If you need any work done I recommend starting here 1st to save yourself time and money. They take the time to make sure everything is done right and are not satisfied until you are satisfied.

Great staff and Dr. Lalonde is amazing! He worked diligently to figure out what was wrong with me and saved me from having a brain surgery I didn't need 3 weeks before I was scheduled to have it. He was able to treat all of my symtoms and help me get my life back. I would recommend him to anyone! 5 stars is an understatement!

Got TMJ treatment. It was extremely expensive, but worked ok. I still have pain, but it's not as bad as it was. I received bills for services I didn't receive which were quickly rectified. Doctor fought with his staff in front of patients and he was very opinionated. Not my cup of tea personally but on par for a specialist. Be wary of providers with only 5 star ratings, they are cherry picking their reviews!

As someone who (sports ) had his 1st crown at the age 12 and before the age of 40 had 6 crowns and three bridges! I certainly had my share of time in a dentist’s chair ! Since Doctor Lalonde has become my dentist; he has done a complete restoration of my teeth . If I was a patient of any other dentist; I would have false teeth today at the age of 77 . Furthermore, the whole proceed was pain free in my opinion ! Yet, he has taught me how to take care of my teeth which no other (the absolute necessity of flossing) dentist has taken the time to do ! I have completed convince in his opinions/recommendations because his primary purpose is to safe teeth not extract them.! I am so grateful to him that I don’t have to take my teeth out every night .

Needed an old bridge removed and wanted a one stop Dentist that did it all. Doctor Lalond filled the bill. I needed a bridge extraction, some peridontal work, bone regrowth to support implants, and the implants themselves. All services are performed in one place. All the staff and Doctor are friendly and very attentive, however, there is a lot of squabbling between Doctor and techs. I am pleased with all the work that was done and would recommend Dr. Lalond for specialized dental needs (if you can afford him). As an update... I returned to my dentist after finishing with Dr. Lalond. The cost was a primary reason, but the upsell and pushing of more being done was too much. What I had done: Bridge extraction, bone regrowth, 2 supporting posts for 2 implants (he wanted to do 4), multiple head scan xrays, two mouth scans for implant fittings (first was done wrong), implants redone 2 times, minor peridontal lower jaw involving one area, 2 cleanings, there was probably more...total cost ($17,000+) and took about 1.5 years. I had no insurance. Nice implants, but my wallet suffered.
