The team is comprised of organized professionals who are responsive, strategic, and accommodating. A recent example of their service involved an issue I encountered with a staging item. I contacted the team merely asking for instructions on how to rectify the situation, but they took ownership immediately and had the issue resolved within 12 hours. They kept me informed every step of the way and finished by sending me images of the resolution. They truly go above and beyond. ALT staged 243A Andy Crescent a newly built home that was vacant and just sitting on the market with people coming to view the home, but not interested because it looked very bare and bland. We contacted ALT. They proposed a staging solution and were able to execute the plan in two days, which is unheard of. They were very prompt professional. The turnaround time was incredible and the home looked amazing after the Staging. We sold the home in a weeks time so thank you to ALT Staging to the lead Farah, who is an incredible delight to work with and collaborate with I highly recommend their services. They are a major cut above the rest.

My wife and I decided somewhat quickly, to sell our Bloor West Village condo late this spring in midst of a really tough selling market and reached out to Farah at ALT Interiors. Within a week, Farah arranged a site visit and we could not believe how fast a brilliant staging plan came together (my, she was such a quick study, and figured out a brilliant design scheme so effectively!) Within 2 weeks the ALT team had put together a comprehensive strategy to showcase our condo and make it stand out. Everyone, from neighbours to potential buyers to real estate agents commented on how beautifully stunning our place looked and we could not be happier. Results always speak for themselves - we SOLD in less that 72 hours!! (The purchasers even wanted to buy many of the chosen staging pieces...) The entire ALT organization, from the moving and assembly team to Tianna, the lead stager, working closely with Farah, pulled off a seamless plan, that was a pleasure to watch and be a part of. I have to say it has been a long-time dream of mine to be able to have ALT interiors stage a property for me. I have been following ALT on social media for a number of years being wowed by their staging projects from cozy condos to stately mansions. I continued smashing that like button and dreaming of that day when it would be my turn to be wowed by my own staged condo. Then, on May 5, 2025, it was my turn to experience being wowed by the best in the staging business. Let's just say I was not disappointed. As I watched the different pieces being brought in, my heart raced with anticipation, trying to piece together what Farah and her associate Tianna had planned for my space. Where was that chair gonna go? Would that console go in this corner? Would that beautiful piece of art going on this wall or that room. It was all so exciting. Then it was time to leave and let the team do their thing. Upon my return, I expected to be absolutely blown away, but I did not expect to be blown into the next galaxy!!!! I had goose bumps all over my body as I wondered through my beautifully staged condo. I was completely speechless. It was as if a page out of Architectural Digest materialized before my very eyes.
