The process was totally online. the company was thorough in letting me know what was needed to complete the process. They even provided a video to show step by step. My only confusion was the notary process. They would prefer the ID verification take place before your online appointment but the link they give you appear to be for the actual notary session

This was the best decision my husband and I ever made. We travel a lot together and we have two adult children so our goal is to avoid probate in the future. A lawyer suggested a Lady Bird Deed.
