The location was great (quiet but located close enough to explore everything on foot) and it was like having a mini apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, everything we needed.

We were not able to access our room the first day because the keys did not work. We had to wait for over an hour to get the problem resolved. The bedding was quite thin and the mattress did not have a protector. The sofa bed had dirty mattress cover and clean sheets were not provided, the duvet was also dirty. The TV was falling off of the wall. Love the fact that coffee was provided. Location is good for walking to the old city and dining options.

Comfortable accommodations. Very quiet in our unit. Even though it is on a busy street, we were not bothered by the sound of the traffic.
The location is excellent, allowing us to experience the Old City on foot easily.

☺Die Lage ist wirklich super. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend und ordentlich. Parkplätze sind für einen fairen Aufpreis direkt am Haus verfügbar. Zugang mit PIN-Code und Schlüsselkasten hat sehr gut funktioniert.
Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Auch Waschmaschine und Trockner, inkl. Waschmittel-Pods sind da. Das Appartement ist sehr ordentlich und schön eingerichtet. Alles ist in einem guten und sauberen Zustand.
Eines der schönsten Unterkünfte unserer Reise.

☺ Great location. Close to Cartier street, Old Quebec, & the park. This is my second stay and I have referred family members.
☹ Our room was missing laundry soap. We only had 1 roll of toilet paper for 2 people for 5 days. So we ended up having to buy these items as the staff that cleans the halls, etc could not supply them.

Séjour agréable dans une ville agréable, parking payant mais non attribué. Propreté à revoir (linge de sdb taché, pas de linge ou d’essuie tout pour la cuisine, lit dressé rapidement), arrivé / départ autonome et pratique, parties communes propres. Plutôt bien insonorisé et équipé (machines linge / vaisselle)
