Food and service was top notch. Everyday chef would introduce a new special dish to breakfast. Dinner courses were well portioned and the full meal was professionally thought out, not to mention a mouth watering dessert to wrap up the day.

This was the greatest choice we made in our St Barts trip throughout the duration of our trip…. The food prepared at our villa was the best we had on the island (and some of the best cuisine we have ever had). We were honored to have Chef Bruce’s service, and Clarisse supported with amazing service. This took any stress away from menu choices, food prep, grocery service, drinks, and clean up. Highly, highly recommend. La Cuisine de Fred was just a great team to work with..

Fred and her staff have been our principal, go-to culinary providers on St Bart for many years. She is an amazing chef and brings the best of the island to our table at our villa. I would highly recommend her. We have generally had them served breakfast, lunch and dinner for the entire time of our stay as we rarely go out to eat because we are a larger group. Things are fresh, flavorful, and elegantly prepared and served. Most importantly, she is wonderful to work with and always is happy to accommodate any dietary needs or requests. She has become a dear friend over the years!
