The girls were nice and professional. To scheduling on the phone to the clean, L&A made it easy for me. We wanted a deep clean before our wedding this week and this service definitely took a huge weight off my mind. I would certainly be interested in using this service again for annual cleans!

This company was an infuriating disaster from start to finish. A priceless item of mine worth over $25,000 went missing while in their care, and thThis company was a disaster from start to finish. A $25,000 item disappeared under their care, and their response was nothing but evasive, confusing, and unprofessional. Communication was nearly impossible, and every interaction felt shady and deliberately unclear.
Bradley, who is a foregien women, dodged every question, Maria offered no real answers, and neither showed a shred of accountability. The entire operation left me feeling misled, ignored, and deeply suspicious of their legitimacy.
I’m still out over $25,000 and now fighting them in court because they refused to resolve anything. In my opinion, this company operates in an untrustworthy, questionable manner, and I strongly warn others to stay far away. The way they handled it was disgraceful. Communication was nearly impossible, and they made no effort whatsoever to be clear, helpful, or accountable. Bradley, who is a woman constantly dodged my questions and acted like she had something to hide, and Maria refused to provide any real answers or solutions.
The entire experience felt shady, unprofessional, and downright disrespectful during a serious loss. I would never trust this company again, and I strongly urge others to stay far away. Their behavior raised every red flag imaginable. they still OWE me over 25000 dollars and no solution has been made Im fighting them in court now
