After being in my first serious accident, in March, I didn’t know what to do or where to turn. We were referred to Loren by a friend and I am so thankful. He got me into see a Dr the next day and got treatment started right away. He knew who to trust with my care to maximize my insurance and they took the guess work out of the process. Loren was able to settle my case for more than I expected and still maximized my insurance benefits so I can still receive care without switching to health insurance just yet. He took a very stressful and uncertain situation and made it look easy. I also appreciate how any time I needed to talk or had a question I was able to either speak with him or someone at the office the same day. We are definitely recommending him to anyone we know who is in this situation.
