Hey this is the best mma gym I trained here for a couple months now and I am feeling I improved in kickboxing and jiu jitsu I like to wrestle to and I like to do wrestling here and at school if you want to train mma or get into mma come here it’s beginner friendly and u can make friends here

My husband is a professional athlete, and we were looking for a new gym — Kaizen MMA in Falls Church quickly became his second home. The atmosphere is welcoming, the people are amazing, and Coach Nima is like a father figure to all his athletes. Great training, great energy, and a truly supportive community.
This gym is truly one of a kind. From day one, I was welcomed like family. The coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely care about their athletes. This is the best mma gym in northern va in my opinion, i was really struggling when i started coming to this gym which was a bit less than a year ago and i met a bunch of people right off the bat like coach Liam and sensei Nima and they told me right away how things were gonna be and i loved that, I highly respect them and look up to them and appreciate them for the attention and work they’ve given me, i continue to improve and become a better fighter thanks to them and the amazing teammates i have at Kaizen.
you dont just become a member when you sign up to this gym, they become your family too!
Brought both of my kids here for summer camp and they loved everything about it! The staff members were incredibly awesome and the kids made new friends and developed good new habits! We will be returning! Highly recommend this location!

Started my martial arts training here in 2019. They have the highest caliber coaches and training regime, In all disciplines from muay thia, boxing, BJJ, and MMA. Very beginner friendly and accessible avenue if you want to compete at amateur or pro levels. Amazing training partners. Recommend anyone at any fitness level or goal to come train here.

There's classes at every level for everyone. Plenty of locations across the DMV to fit any schedule. I started training here and competed for their team and they always made sure I got good matchups and helped me prepare properly. They have your best interest at heart.

Kaisen MMA in Falls Church is 10/10. I train with Xena, a femal instructor who teaches self defense jujitsu. Xena is top notch, pushes us in our classes, and always ensures our comfortabilty and safety. Her classes are the most affordable options I could find for a women's class, and I am even able to get one-on-one sessions where I learn extremely valuable techniques. The staff is also great, always helpful, and very respectful. I am beyond satisfied with Kaisen MMA. Keep it up!! ❣️

We joined Kaizen because we need after-school care for our energetic kindergartener. We had no experience with MMA. But this wonderful place is about so much more than karate. They proactively help shape the children's character with consistent messaging about respect, integrity, responsibility, self-control, confidence, and community. The instructors are wonderful, knowledgeable and caring.
Today my son was telling me that there is a new hyperactive student and how it was the older students' job to help him learn the routine. He mused, "Imagine how wild I would be if I didn't have Kaizen to teach me patience." I dare not imagine.
He is in his 3rd year now and the influence Kaizen has had on my son and our family is invaluable. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
(Also the school closure camps have been a godsend).

My daughter has been coming here for awhile now for afterschool care and we love it. All of the staff are attentive and easy to communicate with - it’s been a great experience!
