The place to go for acting headshots!! I came across Kyle's page through Google (don't know why Acting Studio Chicago did not have him on their list??) and was immediately captivated by his shots. They were super clean, lighting was cinematic, and honestly made people jump out of the frame. Best of all, none of the poses looked fake or forced. The people just look like their true selves!
I committed and booked a 90-minute session.
Kyle's studio was easy to find. Super professional and really great at collaborating. I was able to bounce ideas/looks back and forth, check out the shots he was taking several times during the shoot, and honestly, I could have wrapped the shoot in 20 minutes!! I saw the headshot I wanted within the first 40 shots haha. But I took the whole 90 and ended up with so many great photos.
The true test will be how many casting rooms this gets me in, but I'd be willing to wager that these are the best they are ever going to get so the rest is on me.

Ive done actor headshots with Kyle twice now and both times have been great. Kyle is an amiable person, and having the choice of being able to choose your own music to listen to during the shoot, makes the photo shoot all more fun! 5 stars!

Booked a last minute appt with Kyle for ERAS headshots. He was awesome! As someone who is super awk in front of the camera, I appreciated all the direction Kyle gave. He was super patient and ensured I was happy with all the shots we took. I never felt like he was rushing through the appt. The pics have turned out great at a reasonable price for a student compared to some of the other places in the city

Kyle is awesome! I've used his services for two different sets of headshots about 3 years apart, and each time they came out excellent. He's an excellent coach for "what do I do with my hands" and "how should I adjust my head" cues, he makes sure you don't have stray hairs impacting the photo, and he works hard to get a variety of options regarding highlights/shadows and a range of facial expressions (closed/open mouth smile, smizes, etc.). 10/10 would recommend.
