Absolutely incredible service! My hot tub stopped heating in the beginning of the single digit weather this year and it was a nightmare that I couldn’t handle, but the technicians arrived promptly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it efficiently. Then hot tub decided to have a leak right after and the Technicians worked outside in this super cold weather again. Amazing work ethics and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and the cost was very reasonable. The Owner is very knowledgeable and also came through to make sure the work was done properly. Highly recommended for any hot tub repairs! I am super grateful. Thank you very much for everything.

They were prompt in responding, came to assess our hot tub’s issue right away, ordered the part we needed, and were back to install it all in about a week (even with the extreme cold and snow)! Johnnie is amazing. I was having an issue with a hot tub I didn’t even buy from him but that didn’t stop him from helping me. He took time out of his busy schedule to try and troubleshoot it over the phone. I called several different technicians and they all wanted at least 175 dollars to just come look at it. With the help of Johnnies expertise, I was able to get my hot tub working within 30 minutes. Other companies wanted to replace my whole pump when it was a simple 20 dollar fuse. If you need a hot tub or an expert, call him!!

I am very pleased with the work that was performed by the company. My hot tub was not running. It was diagnosed, part ordered and installed within a couple of weeks. Johnnie and his staff were very professional during the installation. Later I noticed a problem with a leak. Johnnie came back and sealed 2 leaks and didn't charge me for the service run.
