I loved the fact that it was all so convenient. We booked an appointment, the person came to our house with a catalogue of fabrics and explained everything on how these curtains will be.
We later made the payment and booked the appointment for them to come and install the curtains in our house. There were 3 gentleman who came to our house to fix these curtains and they did a brilliant job. Special mention to Ronaldo, George & Ajith. They were swift, quick and knew their stuff very well. They were in and out before we knew it ..

Excellent service from start to finish. The communication was outstanding — they kept confirming the appointment through emails and messages and the payment process was very smooth. The team was very professional; they covered the furniture before starting, cleaned and vacuumed everything afterwards, and even ironed the curtains after installing them, which many companies don’t do. Truly a great experience and I highly recommend them.

So far my experience has been far the worst I had in Dubai in over 10 years.
The person taking measurements has made a few mistakes, one of them deferring by 1 whole metre. So the curtains they brought didn’t fit.
The team has been twice for installation, as they didn’t finished the first time around. They left today , job still unfinished, curtains creased, pelmet not finished and they deducted the rest of the money without our consent. I feel like I have been robbed.
Not mentioning the teams they sent, they left handprints, scratches on our freshly painted walls and new furniture, pretending it was there when they came. We moved in two days ago and everything was fresh and new.
I would really like to see if they attempt to rectify the situation or my money has been stolen and damage has been done.
Update 1:
After another measurement appointment and delayed installation appointment- was told my curtains need hand stitching, so they took more time to produce.
I have spent another 6! Hours of my life watching the teams install all new curtains.
The “new” look is rather mesmerizing- the troubles with the incorrect length are even more pronounced, I have new set of wrinkled curtains, this time with seems stitched not straight, every other curtain has extra fabric which makes them more bulky.
On top of that the team has burned the sheers while steaming the wrinkles out.
So far there is not one curtain in my house that has been installed correctly.
The communication with the company is even worse. They are spacing their visits to drag this on, in no rush to finish the job- afterall they already took their money. They keep saying they will rectify the problems - but how, if they will replace the poorly made curtains with even worse ones next time? I have requested refund, but was told they will not do that.
I would like to warn everyone think twice before working with this company, as the headache is honestly not worth it. There are so many more companies that know what they are doing and not going to waste your time with empty promises, lies and excuses.
