Thank you for your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Your installation was originally scheduled for 20th December as promised. Unfortunately, due to severe flooding across multiple areas in Dubai and extensive road closures imposed by authorities to ensure public safety, our installation teams were unable to travel and complete installations as planned. These conditions were beyond our control and impacted several scheduled appointments citywide.

As a result, we proposed rescheduling the installation to Monday, 22nd December. However, upon receiving your request for cancellation, we immediately processed and completed a full refund and informed you accordingly.

We genuinely value your order and regret that circumstances prevented us from delivering the service on time. Your trust is important to us, and we are committed to improving our planning and communication. We hope to have the opportunity to serve you better in the future.

If i could give 0 stars i would. At the beginning they look perfect they come quickly after contacting them and on time. After you make the order its horrible. I had curtain for my living room they were too small. And the roller blinds for my bedroom that was too big. How do you take wrong measurements twice? Even the style of the curtains was wrong. 3 weeks after im still living without curtains and their customer service is hell. They dont keep up their promises and they arrive late messing up your schedule for the day.

Extremely bad service and bad quality. The team is unprofessional. The installation was done by an unqualified team. Items were missing. Rescheduled the installation to another time and even after 2 days there is no confirmation from the team on installation time. I regret buying from this supplier. Even the hooks that they used are not matching!! I can’t complain enough. NOT RECOMMENDED.
