Have placed order before EID holidays for curtain ( almost like 20 days now) and still waiting for my curtains to arrive .. their sales person says wait madam one day but that day has not come since last 20 days .. take took money when I placed order and now giving some and other excuse for delivery .. be aware of such companies who take money and than Donot delivery
The team broke my fly screen (a very big one) while setting the curtains and they did not informed me. On the other hand, the customer support seems dealing with the reimbursement process.
Additionally, there was no transparency in the payment process method, as the 50% of the remaining payment was deducted from the credit card I used for the first half, without informing me.
Bad experience.

Highly recommended. Shiva and Mahesh came to install our blinds. Job done quickly, efficiently and very well, and they fully cleaned up after themselves before they left.
