The KUGA Kool Flask 650ml offers excellent value for its price, being both easy to clean and use. However, the lid began leaking after a week of regular use when tilted or inverted. I also purchased the KUGA Flip Sip 535ml, but the lid was damaged during transit. Fortunately, the KUGA team responded swiftly and resolved the issue promptly, showcasing exceptional customer service. Highly recommended for both product quality and customer support.Will definitely be purchasing from KUGA again!!
