Kuchehaus Reviews

We honestly couldn’t be happier with our new kitchen from KücheHaus. They have brought our dream kitchen to life, and we’re absolutely delighted with both the end result and the service we’ve received throughout the whole process. We spent quite a bit of time visiting different kitchen companies before deciding who to go with, as it was really important to us to find a company that took genuine pride in their work, paid attention to the finer details and wanted the whole design and fitting process to run as seamlessly as possible. We wanted to feel confident that if anything wasn’t quite right, it would be dealt with properly, without any hassle. Kutcher House delivered on all of this and more. Sophie, our designer, has been absolutely fantastic. She worked tirelessly with us to get the design just right, making sure we were both happy with every detail. Her patience, attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile really made a difference, and we can’t thank her enough for helping us create a kitchen we absolutely love. Greg, the owner, has also been brilliant. He’s taken the time to come down and see the kitchen himself and has helped out with various bits during the fitting process. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his customers and takes real pride in the work his team does. What has really stood out to us is that nothing has been too much trouble. The whole team have been approachable, helpful and committed to making sure we were happy with everything. We’ve felt listened to and supported throughout, and that level of service has given us complete confidence in the company. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend KücheHaus to anyone thinking about a new kitchen. If you’re looking for a company you can trust, who genuinely cares about getting things right and takes pride in delivering a fantastic result, then we would absolutely recommend giving them a visit. Thank you to Sophie, Greg and the team for bringing our dream kitchen to life. We’re absolutely over the moon with it! ❤️

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and media wall, Heather is an amazing designer and we were grateful for her ideas and suggestions in creating the perfect plan for us. We loved that the kitchen was made locally and that we could have bespoke cabinets to best make use of our space rather than being restricted to standard sizes. The follow ups and advice after installation were much appreciated. Highly recommend.

We recently completed a kitchen diner renovation and used KücheHaus to supply our units and worktops. Really delighted with the product, final kitchen/diner looks brilliant. Great communication, advice/recommendation and after sales. Had positive experiences with all staff members, particularly Heather, Craig and the delivery team. Would recommend and will use again for future projects.

I undertook a large renovation project on a period property and having made changes to the interior layout and design made a decision working with my lead contractor to re-model and replace the existing kitchen, as well as create a new dining and bar area, to maximise the potential from the new space. Kuchehaus were recommended to me by my lead contractor given their expertise and ability to customise the design and fittings to work with my space, which was of importance to me given it was an older property. The key things that stood out for me were both the pre and post-design and sale experience, the flexibility Kuchehaus can offer and the quality of the product and materials. The team are all exceptionally welcoming and friendly and listen to your ideas and vision of what you wish to achieve. There is no hard sale process and a willingness to understand and work with you within your budget, large or small. The design process is actually really enjoyable, utilising technology and human expertise from interior design/architectural specialists to ensure the scale and proportions are right. The team will also be honest with you on what will and won't work in your space, as well as being encouraging of any bolder choices you wish to make and how to land these in the right way i.e. pairing bolder colour choices with complementary wood and worktops. I found the communication to be clear and very responsive with a dedicated point of contact in Heather, who led on the design of my kitchen and bar. Again, for a large project in a period home this was important to me. My new kitchen and bar has been so thoughtfully designed and I absolutely love the unique end product and result, which Kuchehaus delivered on for me and working closely with the other trades involved. As Kuchehaus already have established relationships with local tradespeople this really helps make the process smooth and I wouldn't hesitate to work with the team again in my home or recommend to others. Thank you!

I first came across Kuchehaus on a recommendation from a tradesman who had used them for his own home. I faced challenges with an outdated kitchen and a lack of functionality throughout my home. They were very sympathetic and understanding of my issues. So, a decision was made to completely renovate my kitchen, and fit out a new utility room. From my first meeting with Greg , to Sophie taking on the challenge, I knew I was in safe hands. Communication was key. They gave me so much help and advice - I would have made a lot of mistakes, but they kept me on the right track with their expertise and knowledge. From the initial meeting to the final walkthrough, the whole team was professional, organised and communicated with me every step of the way. I was also very impressed how they handled any unexpected issues that arose. The finished kitchen snd utility room is a complete transformation . It’s more beautiful and functional than I ever imagined, in fact it exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely recommend Kuchehaus to anyone looking for a high quality kitchen or any cabinetry for their home project. They are a fabulous team of consummate professionals whose attention to detail is second to none.

Dealt with Greg and Sophie initially to review items required for a hotel refurbishment. They sent CGI's and were efficient and always available. Once the product was delivered, we had to make a few changed and nothing was a problem for the team - they picked the products up, amended them and delivered again all in perfect condition. The quality of the product is second to none, I was very impressed and even more so with the price! Couldn't recommend KucheHaus, Greg and Sophie enough for anyone looking for high quality products and service at very moderate prices.

Really positive experience working with Heather and Sophie to redesign my old kitchen. We wanted to utilise some of the current kitchen and add an island and oven and fridge tower units. This has given me a dream kitchen at a good price. Everyone at the showroom was helpful and follow up to a couple of snags dealt with swiftly. Thankyou I am delighted.

I have no hesitation in recommending KücheHaus to anyone looking for a quality built kitchen. We could not have selected a better designer, manufacturer and supplier of our bespoke kitchen for our self build renovation project. The support and advice was second to none where Greg would visit our site within hours of a call. It is fair to say you don’t just buy a quality product but you are also buying a quality service. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with KücheHaus well done and a huge thanks Greg and your team.
