My Subzero fridge service lights was on, I had a bit difficulty finding a qualified and experienced technician. Called a Subzero recommended Vendor who sent in a friendly young technician who seems to be not experienced... He suspected refrigerant leak and proposed a very expensive fix! Luckily i found Vlad who came to help( and gave second opinion)! I can see that he really knows Subzero fridge. Since all functions of the fridge ( refrigeration & freezer) work normally now, he does not suggest any work at the moment. ( unless further issue emerge). I have several other Wolf appliances at home, now i know whom I call for my future appliances service need. He is also very pleasant to communicate with.

My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped working. The tech sent by my home warranty company came two days later and couldn't figure out what was wrong. He came back two days later and still couldn't figure it out. I called Sub-Zero who came out the same day, diagnosed it, ordered the parts and repaired it 2 days later. Needless to say, I cancelled my home warranty contract. Sub-Zero is the 911 for immediate refrigerator repair.

Had a problem with my subzero. The freezer was not working and the icemaker had stopped working a long time before Grupo came in the following day after we spoke and made the repairs needed with no problems. I would not hesitate to call them again for my next repair.

I called and left a message after hours about my subzero fridge that another company had serviced and then told me they couldn’t come back to fix the issue they created for two days. Vlad called me back immediately even though it was outside regular business hours. I explained my issue and he spent 10 minutes troubleshooting over the phone with me and he got the fridge working again. I was happy to pay for the amazing and immediate service, but Vlad refused payment. Needless to say, I will ALWAYS use Vlad in the future for my appliance issues. I’m so grateful to him and it reaffirms that kind, generous people are still out there.

But honestly I would rather wait for weeks instead of hiring anyone else to repair or service my stove and fridge. He is trustworthy, dependable, straightforward and knowledgeable. He knows what he is doing and is in and out of your house in no time. Prices are also quite reasonable.

I am so appreciative that I found Vlad several years ago to repair my Sub-Zero when it was put out of commission by a household power surge, after getting the run-around from a couple of other Sub-Zero repair services. He was VERY PROMPT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and COURTEOUS, fixed it so as not to fail again from a future power surge, answered all my questions, explained how best to care for it, and texted throughout to keep me updated.
