Worst experience
Had a very bad experience today at KRS Health Kooringal Road.
I went for my 18 months old vaccination and got exactly 4 min late and I was checked in told to take a seat and wait for nurse when very grumpy nurse looked at me so badly and then said practice manager has cancelled your appointment, she will come and see you.
Then the practice manager came and said you can come at 2.15 we have cancelled your appointment as you were late.
I was so disappointed and was shocked with their behaviour as we are regular customer of KRS Health and there have been times when we had to wait for almost 45 to 50 min for a doctor or nurse to see us and today for just 4 min they behaved like this with me.
I would never ever come to this practice.
All doctors are amazing but the front desk and practice manager team is very very rude and disappointing.
Had worst experience, would suggest everyone to go to a better medical centre where front desk treats you with respect.
I wish I get all the doctors here with better reception team.
Dr Heba Azer has been doing my skin check for the last 2 years. After finding and successfully removing a melanoma for me. She gently described the procedure and constantly checked how I was during the process. I have had 6 monthly skin checks since then, she has always made me feel relaxed, showing compassion and kindness. Highly recommend!!
Wonderful Medical Centre! The reception staff are top-notch—so kind, helpful, and fantastic problem solvers. They make everything so much easier! Huge shoutout to Marissa—she definitely deserves a pay rise!
Dr. Casilen is, in my opinion, one of the best doctors in Wagga. She takes the time to truly listen and treats you like a whole person, not just a problem to be fixed. Her care and attention make all the difference!
