Excellent repair experience with Kraus, specifically I worked with Rami. He is professional, knowledgeable, and was quick to respond. We repaired the hardware on some older doors, and now working as good as expected. Presented some new door options, only because I asked. Seemed customer oriented, offered solutions to fit our needs.

I needed new garage doors. A Google search gave me Kraus Garage Doors as a result. What a great experience. Rami and his team are great. Great customer service. Rami responded immediately to any questions I had and kept me informed throughout the process. His installers were also great and completed the install in about 4 hours or so. They also cleaned up any debris. I can't say enough good things about Kraus Garage Doors. Use them, you won't be disappointed.

Rani explained my options clearly and demonstrated how the parts of the garage door system operated. He was present at the site, on time, worked efficiently, and installed two doors which operate so smoothly and quietly I’ll keep them for another sixty years!

We had such a great experience with Kraus Garage! Rami, the owner, came by quickly for a consult and took the time to thoroughly explain all of my options. He even sent me links so I could review different styles before making a decision. Once I chose the modern black garage door to replace our old white one, he wasted no time ordering it and scheduling the installation. Throughout the entire process, Rami was very communicative — especially by text, which is my preferred way to stay in touch — and he kept me updated every step of the way. The price was reasonable, and he even threw in a little bonus, which was such a thoughtful surprise. On top of being professional and extremely knowledgeable, Rami is just a genuinely kind person. Our new garage door looks amazing and really adds to the curb appeal of our home. Highly recommend Kraus Garage to anyone looking for quality work and excellent service. Who doesn’t love a little extra curb appeal?!

I am very pleased with Krause Garage Door. I woke up on Monday and my garage door would open up 6 inches, shake and go back down, with both my cars stuck in there. I was afraid to manually open it because I didn't want to do more damage to it. I called Kraus and he got to me same day. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the needed part. He said he would come back the next day and he did and fixed my garage. He gave me a very fair price (which I verified with a contractor friend on mine) which is refreshing since a lot of people would take advantage of the emergent situation I was in. I wouldn't hesitate using him again!

I called Kraus Garage for service to replace the garage door motor and springs. Rami came the following day. He was polite, professional and personable. His exceptional service caught me off guard. When he was done, he explained and demonstrated everything I could possibly want or need to know about the new garage door motor, springs, lock and unlocking mechanisms, overhead light options, etc. He left the garage as clean as it was when he first arrived. Look no further for your garage door needs. Rami is the epitome what every service person should aspire to.

I cannot say enough. It's so refreshing to find a service person you can TRUST. Someone down to Earth, who doesn't make up things that are wrong with your equipment so they can rip you off. This guy/company installed my garage door opener quickly and for a reasonable rate. I had a problem with it months later, actually it may have been the remotes, (we will never know now) and panicked. Couldn't remember his contact info and Googled another company. Had hundreds of great 5 star reviews. Meant nothing. New guy massively overcharged for fabricated things I *needed.* Kraus helped me out to ensure it was safe in between his other appointments. I didn't even have to wait. You can't go wrong with this company. I don't often post reviews, and you can see that for yourself, they're certainly not all rosey. I happily, without reservation, post my endorsement of Kraus Garage here, for all to see!
