Do not use these people if you made plans ahead of time. When my father died in a hospital my brother and I were able to see him before he was picked up my Kramer. When my mother died in hospice less than a month later I told them I would be using Kramer again. They took her body without me signing a release or without an opportunity for my brother and I to see her. And to see her they want to charge us $3,400. And to move her to a different facility they would also be charging us a transportation fee. They are using our grief to extort money and claim it to be company policy.

Kramer Affordable Cremation is simply amazing, thoughtful, and insightful. We want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts. For the care they have provided.

Kramer was very easy to work with during this difficult time. Explained things & was always responsive.

My dad Walt Jensen passed very suddenly and Kramer Family Funeral has been amazing with every. They have made this as easy a possible on me and my family. ** Update I made this post before I picked up my dad. The big guy that works there was more worried about calling my family members to get them to leave a 5 star review then worrying about me falling apart in the chair as I held my father!

Update!!!! I find it completely unacceptable that you would not take full responsibility for your lack of communication! I realize the state charges for death certificates. My issue is that you never returned my call to edit the number I needed. And as for your link…I didn’t need a return appointment, I needed you to do what I asked you to do, edit the number of death certificates. What is funny is the representative from Kramer that called me admitted that they dropped the ball and did not communicate effectively. She offered her cell number for any other concerns I may have and when I said I didn’t have a pen she said she would text me her information….Shocking, I haven’t received that text. Shame of you for making it sound like it was a misunderstanding on my part. I have to say that dealing with Kramer Cremation was such a frustrating experience I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. There was a complete lack of communication on their part. I would receive texts from them and when I would reply I would get a generic response to click the link to make an appointment to discuss my concerns. This was especially disappointing since I thought I had paid extra for “Premium Phone Support”. I’m still waiting on a call back for an issue I had with the death certificate…my mom pasted away two months ago. While they offer what seems like a good price on cremation it wasn’t worth the stress and headaches it caused me while dealing with the death of my mother. I would have gladly paid more to have a real live person to handle my concerns directly.

I’ve been so thankful for Kramer Funeral services this week. They have truly made this process so much easier & Josh has been a real advocate for my mom. All my questions have been answered promptly and with care. I would recommend them to anyone in need of these kinds of service. Thank you guys❤️
