I have been following Karen for a while now and bit the bullet after sending her photos and following her advise on how she could help. I was greeted by a very cheerful, happy and welcoming member of staff which is actually Karen's lovely husband Joe. He spent ages chatting to me which was really nice. I then met Karen face to face for the first time and she is energy on legs.. She is so passionate about what she does, checking I was happy with the procedure, aftercare and that I was comfortable. You can clearly see that this family business means so much to this couple and what they have built reflects their passion. I am already thinking about other procedures and there is no doubt I will go back to KP Medispa. I am looking forward to seeing my results. Thank you Karen and Joe, keep doing what you are doing (a hubby and wife team are the dream team) <3

I went to see karen following a phone conversation regarding threads for skin tightening. I had to pay a deposit £400 so should I go through with the treatment, she would have the threads in stock. Due to a number of health concerns my private doctor strongly advised against me going through with this treatment, I made Karen aware of my concern before my visit. Following a conversation Karen was sure I would be ok to go ahead with the treatment which was against my doctors advice. I was still unsure and was told there was no pressure and I should make a later appointment if I changed my mind. Time was running out as I was made to understand Karen and her husband needed to rush off as her daughter had a school play. I later contacted Karen and was told I couldn’t have my deposit back but could have a different treatment but not Botox! I have no idea of the logic behind this either. I messaged Karen to explain that legally my deposit should be refunded as she had not carried out the treatment paid for due to medical reasons for which this was declined as I was told the money had been spent on the product. I therefore asked for the product I had paid for but under ‘her’ suppliers instructions she was not allowed to do so. Once again I nicely asked for the return of the deposit. The following day I received a very defensive and angry message, telling me there would be further communication and that I would need to sign paperwork and agreements to have the threads. At no point ever was I informed the deposit was non refundable although the service or product was not provided. I have now taken the matter to a small claims court to recover the payment and additional legal costs. This is an unprofessional company, that is clearly just after money with already over inflated prices. DO NOT give this woman any money/deposits until after you have received your treatment. Do your homework first, I wish I had!!!

The most wonderful experience with Karen at KP MediSpa getting my brows done - she completely understood my requirements, advised on colour and approach and totally nailed the finished result! My new brows have totally changed my colouring and whole face tbh, an absolute game changer when it comes to confidence! Anyone thinking about getting brows done, firstly speak to Karen then secondly - do it!

I’ve been going to Karen for years now, after searching online reading reviews and seeing photographs I decided to give it a go for my eyebrows I was so worried I was going to walk out regretting it. Karen’s salon was absolutely stunning and immaculate, so clean and beautiful with hundreds of certificates on show to make you feel safe that you were in knowledgable hands.. her partner and front man Joe always double numbs so you are comfortable and then makes you talk and laugh until Karen is ready. This makes you feel so at ease, Karen then made me feel so at ease and listened to the fact that I wanted brows but I didn’t want them to be really over the top. Karen is one of the most flattering, empowering women I have ever met and she loves what she does and does it to make people feel better about them selves and she does that ten fold.. After my first session I was stunned and so happy I have now returned for over 5 years, and have now moved on to having lip enhancements and taking other family members with me, every time having the best experience the most amazing results and I have built a beautiful friendship with Karen and Joe. I would never ever go anywhere else and always without a doubt recommend them.. in recent months they have moved to romsey and have the medispa which is even more stunning and immaculate then the one before.. with more space, for her ever expanding skills, you will not be disappointed going to Karen. She deserves all the recognition she gets she is so talented, beautiful and an all round down to earth lady ❤️

Absolutely love going to Karen for my appointments! Her and her team are always so kind and welcoming, making the experience super person centred. I can't imagine going to anyone else and feeling as comfortable! I always leave not only extremely happy with the results of my treatments but I'm always looking forward to going back for my next appointment. Karen is so knowledgeable in what she does, answering any questions I have always puts my mind at ease straight away.
