Kevin's team did a great job with our roof replacement. The quality of the materials and the workmanship was excellent. From start to finish it was very professional and neat. I prefer to work with local companies as I think you get a better overall experience and that certainly was the case with KP LaMarco. I would highly recommend!

My family’s experience with K.P. LaMarco Roofing & Siding from day one has been awesome. Kevin came over the same day I called him (referred by my neighbor). Kevin explained everything clearly & has my estimate done in no time. The workers were so professional & courteous while I was at work & wife & son home. We were so amazed how clean they kept our property. They even cleaned around yard with things I was planning to do. lol. Will definitely utilize K.P. LaMarco Roofing & Siding for projects again. When we needed a significant repair to our home from wind damage, we secured estimates from four area contractors. From our very first interaction with Kevin, he helped to make this challenging situation easier. He clearly explained what the job would entail and described his approach in understandable layman's language. His price was fair and detailed and when we added a last minute additional piece to the job, Kevin and his team were flexible and available. He and his crew are clearly skilled and all were a pleasure to work with. The timing of the project was precisely the schedule that was presented to us, despite the fact that the crew worked under very difficult weather conditions.

Great experience overall with K.P. Lamarco. Communication was excellent from start to finish, and the crew were hard workers with skilled craftsmanship. The job was completed on time—actually ahead of schedule—which was a huge plus. Kevin Lamarco, the owner, was always available for questions and very responsive throughout the process. We’ve received many compliments on our house since installing Everlast siding and have already referred K.P. Lamarco to friends and family. We recently had the pleasure of working with K.P. LaMarco on a pretty big deck project, and we couldn’t be happier. We chose Kevin and his team because they really understood our vision: we wanted an upper and lower TimberTech deck with a roof, premium railings, and even a custom dog ramp. We have a rambling Nantucket-style home in Farmington, CT with a large roof that was on its last legs. It was a complicated job, with different pitches and roof lines. On a friend’s recommendation, we hired KP LaMarco to replace the cedar roof, a number of windows, gutters, and add copper downspouts. Kevin and his A++ team were awesome - from start to finish and even with all the final checklist items that contractors so often neglect. We were especially appreciative of the long hours they worked every day, during
weekends, and in inclement weather to get our job complete. The work site was kept clean, the team clearly cared about their workmanship, and our house looks brand spanking new. I hope I don’t need a new cedar roof for a long time, but when I do I’ll be ringing Kevin.

We could not be happier with K P Lamarco and Associates. Our interactions were direct with Kevin Lamarco, the owner of the company. He was great to deal with.
Our project involved upgrading a one-hundred-year-old summer cottage, in Old Saybrook Connecticut. This involved installing several windows. an entry door, replacing wood trim, soffits, and facia. Kevin also replaced the old roofing on both the cottage and detached garage. We wanted a particular look for replacing old asbestos shakes with a weathered cedar shingle product. Kevin worked with us to find the exact product that fit the bill for us and his crew installed it all perfectly. The end result is dramatic. Our cottage now fits perfectly into our neighborhood of upgraded year-round homes on Cornfield Point. Our neighbors have been impressed with the "rebirth" of the old structure.
Kevin kept us aware of every step as the project moved toward completion. We had his cell phone number. He met with us several times on the site. His crew was competent and cleaned up perfectly at the end of the job.
I have to say that what we got was even better than what we had hoped for. The price for the work was fair and reasonable and the project was completed on schedule. We are totally satisfied with this project and are happy to give K P Lamarco our highest recommendation.
