Donald showed up first thing in the morning and did a great job first time I’ve used. Koontz Heating and Air. Definitely will start using them on my other house at Latitude Margaritaville. Butter annual service plan, which has two services included.

Unit shut down. Had to call for service. Kootz got it up an running quickly. Cost included maintenance check. Decided later to replace Hot Water tank, heat pump, and Air handler. Everything was done in less than a day. Great job.

Have used Koontz since I built my new home in 8/2006 and my daughter's. Worked with Chris Koontz to design system in my home- 2 units plus active returns in all bedrooms and 2 main returns. He is extremely knowledgeable and a great person to work for. His installers and techs are extremely knowledgeable and if they do not know the answer they are not hesitant to call the a/c rep.for guidance. He replaced 4 units in My home and my daughter's. The office staff is always helpful. Chris sold the business recently but the new owners have. Carried on with the same as Chris. 12/12/2025- installed Electric hot water heater. Excellent work. Clean and efficient. Left home ( unit was in indoor closet) as clean and neat as when they arrived. Price was outstanding. Recommend them highly. The Mgr Matt G. is a wonderful man to work with, if you can get in touch with him. He is soo busy.

On time, neat and clean, very pleasant as everyone from Koontz has been. They been taking care of our HVAC since 2016, under maintenance contract every 6 months. Never had a problem or complaint.

We use industry standard billing software that shows us the estimate you had the opportunity to review and approve. We have been doing a 2 part payment method for decades. A deposit and a final payment due upon completion. We very much strive for crystal clear estimates and payment terms. Somehow we managed to get nearly 1400 reviews without a single complaint about this until yours.
