Absolutely appalled by the service provided! Booked for a specific day and explained at the time of booking that I wouldn’t be available form 9 to 11 but was taking the remainder of the day off. Got a call at 9.00 to say driver was at the house. The agent when I called confirmed that my booking slip noted I wouldn’t be there at that time. I was told they would try and redirect the driver. I had taken a days leave and waited for a while to hear back but rang then at 1.00pm to see if I could get an idea of a time. I was told the driver couldn’t get back to me! I started to explain my dissatisfaction but the man on the phone told me I didn’t book with him! He said he would refund me and hung up!! Shocking service and an attitude of I don’t care!!! Would never use Kollect again never recommend them!
Great service by Kollect, once again. Their employee Johnny was great, ringing us 20 mins in advance. Helping with removing the heavy load. This is my 2nd time using Kollect. They also provide skip bags, which arrive by post as well as large item rubbish collection.
Fantastic service and Johnny is a gem

I waited all day for the skip to arrive. Pickup was scheduled for the next day. I've been waiting for three days now, and still no one answers! I called three times to ask, and everyone pretended they didn't know! I'm disappointed because I spent almost €500! I don't recommend it.

Excellent service, the friendly guys came at the time they said, dismantled my sheds and took everything away, took less than an hour. I would recommend this service .

I used Kollect to remove some large pieces of furniture and have to say it was an excellent service. I spoke to Chris on the phone who took my information and gave me a price, booking was easy and Chris gave me a day for my collection. I received an email the day before to confirm and a phone call from Johnny 20 minutes before they arrived. The job was done on time, professionally and stress free. I will definitely use Kollect again.

Both the lads where friendly and polite, they where running late due to a busy day, but both lads were still a pleasure to deal with.
