By far one of the nicest resorts I have stayed. What sets this place apart is the fact that you get your own cottage that comes with a kitchen, plates, utensils, they even provided a cooler that we used when we went to the beach. Fresh water pool and hot tub was relaxing and they have a spa too.
Service was spectacular! The employees were attentive, communicative, and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone. Families, friends groups, couples, doesn’t mater - book this resort ☝️

One week at this beautiful resort was the perfect amount of time. My bff and I came here in 2021 and loved our stay. The staff was so kind and helpful. Perfect location away from the big hotels with many tourists. Onsite pool and restaurant were very enjoyable. Wenie helped us during our stay and she was the BEST! Beach chair set up was convenient too. Would come back again.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kokomo Resort for a week with close friends, and it was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by paradise—the villas are stunning, the atmosphere serene, and the staff incredibly warm and genuine.
The food was exceptional! The chef created beautiful, flavorful meals (with amazing vegetarian options), and Mufasa’s Rum Punches were perfection. Every detail made us feel cared for and completely at peace.
As we were told, “You have to leave the island in order to come back”—and we already can’t wait to return. Kokomo has our hearts!

Botanical heaven
Comfortable and quiet place. Great service. Beautifully landscaped. Amazing cozy pool and hot tub. As soon as we arrived, the personnel were kind and courteous and very attentive to our needs. We will definitely be back and request the same cottage.

A Real Gem in Turks and Caicos
My husband and I just returned from a wonderful week at Kokomo Botanical Resort. WOW! We were so pleasantly surprised by the beautiful surroundings, the proximity to all the highlights of Turks and Caicos and most of all the great accommodations at Kokomo. The cottage we had was perfect for us, a well set up kitchen, plenty of living space and super comfy beds. The pool and hot tub area is a peaceful oasis where you can relax and gather. Our Chefs Table dinner surpassed our expectations - fine dining and excellent service. Thanks to Wenie, Gabe, Prince, Ryan and all of the fabulous staff for looking after all of our needs. We were a big group and we were catered to at every step. Thanks for a great experience!

Kokomo Rocks
Kokomo was an excellent choice for our trip to Turks & Caicos. The location is removed from all the big name resorts and we found this location to be peaceful without crowds. The staff is awesome and vey helpful. Room was perfect as our teen needs her own room. Rooms are updated with newer furniture and comfy beds. The food at Kokomo is excellent. We ate twice at the higher end resorts and decided the food at Kokomo was better. Also of course convenient to walk a minute or two to the restaurant by the pool than to get ready and drive out for food; especially after a long day on beach or excursions. 5 min shuttle to beach where staff has set up loungers and umbrellas. Never more than 5 other guests from Kokomo there so no issues with getting a lounger. Just all around Kokomo is definitely one of the better resorts we have stayed in. Will most definitely stay there again next time in Turks and Caicos
Kokomo is in a good location a little bit removed from the resorts. The shuttle to the beach is super convenient but my kids preferred the pool. The cottage was small but we were only here for a few days.

Just what we needed
☺ The resort was beautiful and peaceful - the kitchen and bathroom are small but perfectly adequate - we pretty much self catered. The accommodation was cleaned really well everyday and the staff were all helpful and friendly.
☹ We find eating out difficult because one of us needs gluten free food - the restaurant staff are not confident enough about the ingredients that are used in the dishes for us to be confident to eat there.

If you’re superstitious please avoid. If you don’t care about anything other than money… then that’s your perfect fit!
☺ I liked the cleaning every day, they took extra care and made sure everything left so clean and even if it’s late they would still come and make sure everything is clean!, I liked also the room was available although we arranged before 3pm, I liked the shuttle that was available through a van every 15 minutes or less to the beach. I liked the staff as they were so nice and very accommodating!
☹ I don’t want to talk about it but if you’re superstitious don’t come please!. Also my husband and I had food poisoning from the hotel restaurant first hour we got there !!!!!!!

☺ This resort is not for those looking for one of the island's high end experiences. Instead, it was a very very comfortable and friendly place to be, perfect for our needs. It was walking distance from a grocery store, so we could save a little on food. The staff was exceptional for their warmth and desire to accommodate us. Our room had everything we needed and the beds were very comfy. The shuttle bus to the beach was really convenient--we chose not to rent a car while there so it was helpful to have it.

An amazing experience
Our stay at Kokomo Botanical Gardens Resort was amazing! First things first, the resort itself is BEAUTIFUL. It’s nestled in the middle of the island, surrounded by lush plants, flowers, and fruits - a one-of-a-kind botanical garden! The beach is less than a 5 minute drive right across the road (the resort has a shuttle available or there was lots of free parking available- I suggest renting a car during your vacation in general). The staff at the resort were kind and helpful - making sure our room was clean everyday and checking in often to see if we needed anything else. We even got a tour of the grounds and got to taste some of the local produce (grown right on the land!). The restaurant on sight is also delicious and was a great last minute idea for food and drinks. The spa is beautiful and we got AMAZING massages while we were there. We did see other guests around the resort, but it was pretty peaceful and quiet throughout our whole stay. Turks & Caicos was one of the best vacations ever and Kokomo was just the cherry on top of it all! We enjoyed our stay and if you’re thinking about doing it, you should definitely consider a stay at Kokomo!
Comfortable and affordable stay in an apartment
☺ Apartment was good size, though the bathroom was small. The 2 bedroom had enough space to spread out a little. Staff were very polite. Liked the local phone to allow us to call with questions. The shuttle to the beach was great and the workers at the beach were helpful. We spent 3 days at our chairs on the beach, very nice. We had a rental car and it was easy to get around the island and to the grocery store.
☹ Pool wasn't heated so it was cold in January. The hot tub was great though.
Great resort - great accommodation - great staff; all of which made for a fantastic break.

Last minute reservation was great decision!
I recently stayed at Kokomo for 5 nights along with 3 other friends. We originally booked an AirBnb in Turks but made a last minute change a week before our trip due to some general safety concerns. Kokomo was one of the few places that still had availability at a reasonable price point. All the reviews sounded positive to so we made the switch. We were 100% happy with our decision. From the time I booked our reservation I received helpful and quick communication on any questions I had. The resort was a short distance from the airport, and our check-in was so fast with friendly service and a delicious drink to welcome us. It was surprising to us how quiet the resort was. It's definitely not a place to party and have a lot of activities, which is what we were looking for. We just wanted to relax, have access to a pool and restaurant, and we appreciated having staff available at any time. The landscaping at the resort was lush and just made you feel relaxed like you were at a spa. The pool area was beautiful. It was on the small side, but there were times when we were the only ones there, or maybe 2-3 others. We spent most of our time at the beach either close by or at Grace Bay. The shuttle service to get to the beach was very convenient, and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. The beach area itself was nice - it was great having umbrellas and lounge chairs that you didn't have to pay for, and the staff from the neighboring Wymara resort took care of us with drinks and food. We appreciated the fact that we were given a cell phone to use for the entire trip with specific taxi drivers programmed in. We chose Rico for our first trip and stuck with him the entire time. It was either him or his sister that would drive us around, and Rico would always call and follow up to make sure we got picked up and dropped off safely. Typically, a ride would be available within 15 min of us calling, and the cost was very reasonable. We only ate at the restaurant onsite one time, mainly because we wanted to go to different places. But it was delicious and very nice to have a place there to eat on our first night when we just wanted to stay in. The last night we also spent time around the fireplace areas having some drinks and enjoying the evening. The cottages were comfortable - small but fine for the 4 of us. The shower was on the small side, as was the kitchen. But again - we made it work and they were clean and well stocked. Overall I would recommend Kokomo to anyone. It exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the place was beautiful and clean everywhere. Loved our trip!
