Great Coach – Huge Improvement in My Game I had seven range sessions and three 9-hole playing lessons with Robin during my time in Koh Samui, and I can highly recommend him. As a beginner, the coaching was incredibly valuable for me. I now understand much more about golf in general, how my swing works, where my mistakes come from, and how to correct them. Most importantly, I’m making far fewer unnecessary mistakes on the course now, which is worth its weight in gold when you’re still learning the game. I especially liked the combination of range sessions and playing lessons on the course. Robin explains things clearly, is patient, and focuses on the changes that actually make a difference. The sessions helped me make a huge step forward in my game. If you’re in Koh Samui and want to improve your golf, I can definitely recommend Robin.

1.5 hrs golf initiation with the Swing Doctor ! 😉 I did the 1.5 hrs golf initiation with the swing doctor. I believe it is the best teacher you can hire for a first time. He knows everything about golf and he knows exactly what a beginner needs. Golf is a highly technical sport and the first few hours where you learn the basis are really precious. Robin did a great work and I am sure he saved me a lot of time by teaching the strong basis every beginner needs. He has great communication and I did spend a great time with him. Thanks Robin ! 😊

Fantastic golf coach! Gazillion percent recommend! We had a 1 hr golf lesson with Robin and felt like we learnt mega loads in that 1 hr. Robin is a natural teacher, patient and funny. He has excellent communication skills, built rapport with us quickly, and clearly loves his coaching job and golf! Robin gave explicit instructions, didn’t make us feel rushed, and was excellent at tweaking what we weren’t doing correctly. He was so encouraging and motivating. We left wishing we lived here, as we would sign up for ongoing golf lessons. I would recommend him a gazillion percent!

Great experience I recently took a 10 hours beginner’s golf course and had a really great experience. Robin was incredibly patient and explained everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way. As someone completely new to golf, I appreciated how the lessons were structured — each day built naturally on what we had learned before, so it never felt overwhelming. The pace was just right, with a good balance between technique and actually practicing. Most importantly, the sessions were genuinely fun, which made it easy to stay engaged and motivated throughout the course. Fantastic 3-Hour All-in-One Lesson – Covered Every Part of My Game I had a 3 hour lesson solo lesson all in one go and was great, time flew by. Amazing golf experience with the Swing Doctor - Coach Robin! This was our 2nd time visiting the Swing Doctor - Coach Robin, and once again he not only can improve your golf swing in a short period of time, but he makes it such a fun time while doing it. He’s great with both kids and adults, and I would recommend him to really anyone who wants to improve their golf game. The practice area is at a beautiful golf course - Santiburi, and Koh Samui is a great place to go for an amazing Thailand experience. We came back just to spend time with him, and we plan to do it more in the future!

Best golf pro ever Robin's coaching experience and expertise turned my family of golf novices into way better golfers in the space of an hour. More importantly he communicated his love for golf to them so they are excited to keep playing and improving. I've been playing for years and I now have a family of golfers to play with!! Robin also took a quick look at my swing on the range even though I wasn't having a lesson with him. He identified I had a tempo issue, slowed my swing and I was striping the ball down the middle within 2 balls! Great guy to talk to and the best pro I have come across in my 35 years playing. Just wish I lived in Ko Samui so I could get more lessons!

To take golfclasses here is an exeptional treat. The best bonus however is golfteacher Robin. I took the 10 hour beginners class and I would recommend it to every starter. We spent 3 days of classes with him, and we can understand why he has consistently been given such great reviews. Great experience! I loved my week of golf at the Santiburi Golf Club! I decided to book Robin aka Swing Doctor to help me improve my game and to join me on our daily front 9holes. What a true pro!
