Une nourriture saine et variée avec un staff adorable et une multitude de cours aussi variée que intéressant.
Un coin détente et une ambiance av3c les participants très bien veillant.
Je recommande vivement cet endroit et hâte de revenir.

I did the Muy Thai retreat for 7 days and I highly recommend it to anyone. I was a complete beginner and all the instructors were just amazing!!! 7 days is not enough and I am already trying to figure out when I can go back hahaha thanks Koh Fit & Koh Fight team!!!!

Koh Fit absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. The staff are unbelievable—supportive, motivating, and genuinely invested in your progress. Everything runs like clockwork, from the training sessions to the daily schedule, which makes it so easy to stay focused and committed.
The food is amazing—healthy, fresh, and something you actually look forward to every day. But what really made the experience special was the people. I met some incredible individuals and built friendships that I know will last a lifetime.
Most importantly, the personal results I achieved have made me incredibly proud. I left feeling stronger, more confident, and with a completely new mindset. Couldn’t recommend Koh Fit highly enough—truly a life-changing experience.

I had amazing 2 weeks there. The community, the trainers and the classes are great !!! Felt so much stronger by then end of it. So so happy with the whole experience I will be coming back next year for sure❤️

Had a fantastic week at KohFit and highly recommend it. Hard work but great results and amazing facilities and atmosphere. Great community vibe. Loved the workouts (well, most of them 🤣). Staff couldn’t do enough and the food was fantastic. Will be booking again for a longer stay.

Absolutely the best experience. I came here not really knowing what to expect as I am not as fit as I used to be. But from the get go you are welcomed in like family. Everyone at the Koh fit team are super friendly and helpful and all the exercises can be adjusted to the level of fitness you are at. Honestly my only regret is that I didn't stay longer. If you are on the fence about doing this, Just commit to it, it will be one of the best things you do. Thanks again to the whole team at Koh Fit and I look forward to coming back again soon.

Utrolig kult treningssenter, med et fantastisk uteområde med både solsenger og basseng om en vil slappe av etter økten.
God plass og masse forskjellig utstyr. Det eneste som drar litt ned er mangel på helt enkle ting som ekstra matter, kanskje mer enn en step up box, vanndispenser, osv. men utenom det - helt prima!
Til de som er fra kaldere strøk, slik som oss - er det verdt å merke seg at alt er «ute». Det er under tak, men med åpne vegger og bare vifter i taket til nedkjøling. Så det anbefales å trene enten seint eller tidlig på dag, før en er helt akklimatisert 😅
Vi testa også ut en Hyroxtime. Gruppesalen er helt rå, og det aller nyeste utstyret. Gode instruktøren, og flotte fasiliteter gjorde for en sinnsykt bra økt!
Anbefaler absolutt de treningsglade å ta turen hit!

I trained at Koh Fit for 4 weeks and had a great experience. The trainers are professional, the atmosphere is motivating, and the community is very friendly.
The new gym area is especially fantastic
I would definitely rate my experience five stars. I’m already planning to come back and hopefully stay for 8 weeks next time. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, very close to Tiger Muay Thai, which was extremely convenient for us.
The two-bedroom apartment was very spacious, brand new, and spotless. Housekeeping was excellent and the service throughout our stay was wonderful.
The pool is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a long day.
We were traveling with a baby, and everything went very smoothly. The place is comfortable and well suited for families.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

Just got back from an amazing week at KohFit and could not recommend more!
From the time we booked, the experience was seamless. Tanzi made the whole process very easy, was very prompt in her responses to our questions and made the whole trip feel organised and stress-free from the beginning. Once we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and supported. The trainers were knowledgeable and motivating and every day had a variety of classes so it never felt repetitive! The food and cafe staff were another highlight- the meals were great, healthy and there were plenty of options, as well as amazing service.
The facilities are modern and have everything you need to spend the whole day there! The staff and other guests made the environment so positive.
If you’re thinking about doing a fitness retreat in Koh Samui, KohFit is absolutely worth it! We’d love to come back again one day!

Already planning my return visit!! I had a really fantastic time at KohFit for the 2 weeks total fitness retreat. I was originally going to book a week long retreat and am so happy I booked two. The staff was amazing- from the front desk and cafe staff to the trainers and managers, all were extremely professional and very friendly; when the staff know you by name after only a couple hours of being there you know it is a well-run, hospitality based business that care about their clients. I really am going to miss the days of working out 3-4 hours a day and then relaxing by the pool; I’m already looking forward to returning. Thank you to everyone who made my experience so memorable!

Koh-Fit is a really great place to work out on Koh Samui. They have a bootcamp, but you can also train regularly. They also have various types of food, all very tasty. I highly recommend it – the atmosphere is fantastic, the people are very friendly, and the team is great. Thank you! Claude see you soon

Thai private class was super good. But as soon as the private class is over I got kicked out from bag room for cleaning. So couldn’t continue to train. First time this happens in Thailand
