I came in at the last minute this afternoon to see what they’d offer me for my truck. They beat every other offer I’d received and I was in and out in 45 minutes, with a check in hand. Donnie was great to work with, go see him!

Leslie & Donnie are absolutely amazing! From the first call to the very end of the transaction. They made selling my vehicle easy and straightforward. It was important for me that I sell back my Jeep to the place I originally bought it and I am so happy I was able to. The sales department is top notch as well. The salesmen welcome you and ask how they can help you vs jumping all over you the minute you open your car door to get out. The GSM (also amazing ) has a great group of people working with him. I just sold my 2021 Dodge RAM at Donnie at Knight Auto Mall (12/06/2024) for the best deal all around.
I was in last night, Donnie gave me an offer it for it, explained everything with details gave me the options I have and recommendations for the best.
When home and after thinking about it a lot, I came back today morning, made the BEST deal, I would never sold it if I didnt have Donnie’s Help; he was super professional, patient plus he put all the effort into the deal.
I would highly recommend visiting Donnie or them in general at Elk Grove location if you’re looking to sell/trade in for car/truck.

I sold my car to Donnie at Knight Auto Mall today (11/30/2024), after comparing offers from multiple car dealers, including CarMax and Carvana. Donnie gave me the best deal, even though it was a few hundred dollars short of my initial expectations. 🤗
I highly recommend visiting their location in Elk Grove if you're selling a car, as they tend to give you more compared to home pickup services. I live 2.5 hours away, so it was a 5-hour round trip (plus traffic), but it was worth it.
Both Donnie and Leslie were professional and friendly throughout the process, which took about an hour. Donnie really fought for me to get every dollar possible, and that level of effort says a lot about his dedication. It made me feel valued as a customer.
If you're looking to sell your car, I strongly suggest stopping by the Knight Auto Mall Buying Center and asking for Donnie!
