I am the maintenance Director at Abbington Manor in Lehi Utah, we have been using K Lund Mechanical for years as our Heating and Cooling contractor. They have been great to work with and always try get a technician out in a timely manner to service us. I had Braxton help me on a unit where an elderly couple were trying to keep warm in their unit. Braxton is professional, very knowledgeable in the trade and polite to the residents. We will keep using K Lund as we trust their work and are very reasonable with their pricing. Had to replace my furnace and AC a couple months ago. Kelly was great to work with and didn't try to upsell me. He provided me several options, promptly answered questions (even a month after install) and patiently helped me pick the best option for my home. I saved thousands over another first bid with good quality and reasonable price. The installation team was awesome--Friendly, courteous, efficient, and clean. Could hardly tell they'd been there. Love the new units too.

Years ago they installed all my HVAC in a new build and I was really happy with it. Recently I received prompt service (in a different home) and it all turned out better than I feared...would recommend
