However, we would like to clarify several key points for the sake of accuracy and transparency for other readers:

1. Before the ultrasound session, our doctor had already explained the limitations and accuracy of ultrasound scans, including the possibility of unclear findings when the baby is in an unfavourable position or moving too much. You acknowledged this explanation during your consultation. In fact, we have also recommended that you do a Fetal Anomaly Scan, Detail Scan or to repeat the Gender Scan at a later date to further confirm this, but it seems that you disregarded our advice.

2. The decision to hold a gender-reveal party was entirely your own. While we appreciate the excitement that comes with such celebrations, the clinic is not responsible for personal events held outside our medical scope. Therefore, your request for compensation for the party is not reasonable nor something any medical facility can commit to.

3. Our team did propose a solution to assist you, which remains unanswered from your side. We remain open to resolving the matter professionally if you wish to continue the discussion with us directly.

4. We are doctors, but we are also mothers.
