I got a complimentary haircut coupon from my partner, and wow! I am thoroughly pleased with my experience at KKBB. Gabby went above and beyond: she thoughtfully considered what products to use/recommend, took care of my not-in-great-shape scalp, and gave the best shampooing/head massage I've had. And my hair looks the best it's looked in years! And that means a lot, as I've had a difficult time during postpartum thus far and have been losing hair. Will definitely be returning!
I found this salon through Instagram. I was interested in booking services here, but communication felt unnecessarily vague throughout the process. I asked about pricing twice. Transparent pricing is important when clients are trying to budget and compare services, especially for larger appointments or events. The lack of clarity made the experience frustrating and ultimately discouraged me from booking. Instead of rectifying the issue Kathryn Brash then proceeded to block me.

Scheduled an appointment online for my daughter. Paid the $55 for a haircut online to book the appointment. The day before they sent her a questionnaire about her hair. She filled it out immediately. The day of her appointment they called and said they had to reschedule because her hair is long and for first time appointments they need about 75 mins. No big deal, not thrilled that it was last minute but it’s summer and it’s okay. Day of her appointment. She arrives 5 minutes early checked in. And she sat for 30 minutes waiting for her appointment. No one checked in to say they were behind or how long it was going to be. She ended up having to leave so she wouldn’t be late for work. No haircut. Just a bad experience overall.

My beautician, Claire, is upbeat and personable. She has the ability to quickly access her clients hair and pull out the products needed to make your hair look its best. When I come home after my appointment, my husband always says, “ You look younger.” Now thats something I love to hear! Thanks Claire!!!!
Danielle did an amazing job! She spent so much time fixing my hair from my previous stylist and she was able to put more time between my appointments. Originally, I was worried with going 12 weeks between the appointments, but the grow out wasn’t noticeable at 6 weeks like it normally is. My hair also held the cut for the full 12 weeks! I’m so pleased with the high quality salon and treatment I received!
