Very happy with the overall result from KitchenKraft. Kate was very helpful throughout the process and gave us lots of practical advice and suggestions. Raby, our carpenter, was very nice and did a great job. Ayman, the tiler, also did an excellent job and his workmanship was very neat. The plumber and electrician were professional and did a great job as well. Overall, we’re very happy with how everything turned out. Thank you to the whole team!

We are extremely happy with our renovated kitchen done by KitchenKraft. It was smooth sailing from start to finish, with all the staff exemplary and a pleasure to work with. Kate helped us with the design. She was creative, intuitive, positive about what we could achieve right from the start. Every section of the work was efficiently executed and we were amazed at how quickly the work was completed. Franz was also very helpful and encouraging. Rabi was our main carpenter and it was a pleasure to have him in our home. He was polite, respectful, extremely skilful and very patient with our questions. We live in an apartment and Rabi was always concerned about keeping the noise level down whenever possible. He cleaned everything up so thoroughly at the end there was nothing much for us to do! We highly recommend KitchenKraft to anyone planning a new or renovated kitchen. Every section of the company was professional and very efficient. and every person a pleasure to work with. We suggest you look no further!

Had a great experience with KitchenKraft during the design and quoting process for my kitchen renovation. Stephen was incredibly thoughtful and professional throughout, and it’s clear he’s very experienced in kitchen design. He offered some genuinely creative suggestions that I hadn’t considered and took the time to really understand what I was after. In the end I decided to go with another company, mainly due to budget rather than anything to do with KitchenKraft themselves. Their service and design quality were excellent, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a well thought out kitchen.

This is a long over due review. We not so recently had our kitchen renovated by Kitchen Kraft. From start to finish it was delight. Kate who helped us design our kitchen was a delight to work with. She was very patient and gave lots of design suggestions. Demolition of the old kitchen was neatly done and everything was cleared. Rabi the builder was excellent. Tiler and electrician provided by KK also did great job. Overall we had a very positive experience. The quality of the workmanship was top notch.

Michael and Karl were fantastic in helping us design and bring to life our beautiful new kitchen . We couldn’t be happier with the whole process . Michael listened to all our ideas and patiently worked with us to design a space that is both within our budget , functional and attractive, making it the centre of our home . All work was done in the time frame quoted with up front pricing and Karl, the cabinet installer was polite, tidy and meticulous doing a wonderful job to bring everything to completion. The Kitchenkraft team installed our kitchen in 2015. Recently the range hood required a service and the company helped us out by sending a team member to take it out for repair ( the repair company was reluctant to do this) and reinstall. Nothing was too much trouble and a shout out to Andrew for facilitating this; Carl and Raby for helping resolve the issue with friendly professional service and good humour. After they left today almost 10 years to the day when it was completed I looked around and had a feeling of Deja Vu as I looked at my "brand new" kitchen once again. Because in truth with care it looks much as it did 10 years ago, the drawers still run smoothly; the cupboards still close quietly. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for a trustworthy organisation that has exceptional customer service and who take pride in their people and their craftsmanship. THANK YOU.

My experience started with Emily's excellent customer service at the showroom, and the level of professionalism never dropped, especially Kate's patient and expert design input to Karl's careful oversight of the rennovation. They worked closely with me to design a kitchen that not only suited my tight budget but also maximised space in my small apartment. The result is a highly functional, well-appointed kitchen that has drawn many compliments. They also helped refresh my bathroom vanity & managed to get in a washer/dryer into a tiny space. This is a wonderful company to deal with. Their work ethic is A1. We had our previous kitchen installed by Franz in 1996 and it served us well for 28 years and so we decided to go for a new kitchen in 2024 with the same company now in the hands of his two sons. We were not disappointed. From the design stage to completion Michael and his team made sure that everything was done to our expectation. They even returned after one year to make some minor adjustments that we asked for. Their installation supervisor Carl was extremely honest and obliging and a great craftsman. We highly recommend this firm as they are meticulous, honest and trustworthy.

What a great company. KitchenKraft finished our complete kitchen rebuild a week ago. Franz guided us through the whole process. They gave us a written quote and there were no hidden or unexpected extra costs. The job was done exactly when they said it would happen, and it was finished a week ahead of schedule. Raby, Ayman and the guys always left the work site spotless at the end of the day and they were very friendly and pleasant to be around. Their work ethic and attention to detail was excellent. We are loving our new kitchen. The cabinetry is good quality and the measurements were spot-on. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. It was worth every cent!

Each member of the KitchenKraft team was very professional, helpful, approachable and courteous. The attention to detail, workmanship, efficiency and communication was excellent throughout the project. Best of all was the result: a really beautiful, well designed and very high quality kitchen which was produced on time. I can honestly recommend this company. I am completely happy with the result. It was valuable initially to visit their showroom. I was impressed with prompt responses and a problem solving approach.When the unexpected occurred I found the team flexible. Part of the success of this highly efficient company was their teamwork. In fact nearly all their workers have been with the company for many years and are all very experienced and skilled people. I engaged KitchenKraft after a recommendation from a friend. The service and quality provided by KitchenKraft is exceptional. In the planning stage I dealt with Michael, Sue and another lady in the showroom. All were helpful and knowledgeable. Michael always responded quickly (almost immediately!) to my requests or enquiries and he is very personable and efficient. During the installation stage I dealt with Raby and his team. Again, all were friendly, polite, obliging and, of course, good at their jobs. Installation duration was exactly as Michael predicted. I had 2 post-installation questions and Raby and Andrew dealt with them immediately. I already recommended KitchenKraft to a friend and I will continue to do so. Thanks KitchenKraft.
