My daughter helped me look up places and we found this place. We walked in and took less than 5 minutes to see what I had to sale. Got paid same day. This place was amazing great customer service and answered all my questions. I will be back in here.

Very unprofessional experience. I requested a refund after receiving poor work on my watch, but instead of handling the situation professionally or even a slight understanding, the owner became rude and dismissive. It felt like ego got in the way of resolving a clear issue. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business, especially if you expect accountability or need concerns addressed.
I totally recommend this place to anyone buying or selling jewelery, and I NEVER take time to review and recommend.
I got there ten minutes to closing time, but I was not rushed. On the contrary, the man was kind to me, friendly, and above all, he was honest and fare. He gave me $105. more than I asked for when I sold my necklace.
These guys are quick, and no BS at all! If your trying to decide on a place to buy/sell jewelery or just gold or silver, you should pick this place! Crown Jewelery in Lakewood, just in case I didn't mention the name. š

This sight is a scam. I will be informing all my contacts. My order was not delivered. Glasswing informed me "no delivery, no refund, no replacement, not our problem"
I have USPS tracking, there was never a package delivery. These people are thieves.
It's shameful to have to give them 1 star in order to post this.
This company is THE BEST. I shopped around for my cabinets a bit (we're DIYing our kitchen remodel) and Bill was so easy to work with and by far had the best prices, honestly even better than the cheap cabinets at home depot. After the quote for install of the cabinets was so reasonable, we decided to have them installed too. So worth it the guy who installed was so respectful and did an amazing job. You can tell he takes pride in his work because it was perfect. The quality of the cabinets is incredible (sturdy, well built) and the install was truly masterful. They went above and beyond. I'm so impressed. Plus, Bill is the nicest person. They deserve your business. I'm going to use them again soon!!

The 1st picture is what I was expecting, the 2nd one is what I received. My 1st time supporting this company and my last. This item is just $.80 beads on a piece of twine that you would have to tie like a shoe lace and the beads are only the length to wrap around a toddler. I was expecting wrap around sturdy beads with a clasp. I donāt even want a refund, itās the principle of how you can rip people off and have the audacity to claim spiritual blessings over the beads of choice. Please have some integrity and give your customers what they deserve. Forced to give 1 star āļø

I do want to gently clarify that the waist beads we offer are authentic, traditional tie-on waist beads, not clasped jewelry. This is how waist beads have been worn for generations, especially in places like Ghana, where ours are sourced. They are intentionally designed to be tied and worn continuously as a sacred adornment, not removed daily.
The beads themselves are glass seed beads, not plastic, and each strand is prepared with care. Before leaving my space, they are cleansed, anointed with oils, and spoken over with intentionābecause for many of my clients, these are more than accessoriesā¦ they are a personal and spiritual experience.
As for sizing, waist beads are meant to be wrapped and tied to your body at your desired fit. If there was any confusion around that, I would have been more than happy to guide you or make it right.

I visited the location and they had everything I needed plus more. The Seamoss was just what I expected. Jennifer explained the benefits of all the products that I purchased.
