I should say this repair shop is the most professional shop that I ever came across. Previously at other place, the repair store will claim that they are using genuine parts for reparation work, however god knows whether is it what they claimed to be. But at Kissmymac, you can see their professionalism when they are performing the repair. When requested for genuine Apple parts, they will go ensure that they register the new parts with Apple.com and you can see the repair parts acknowledged by Apple itself as well. Overall experience was fantastic and definitely will return if there is any other needs.

Today my son and I visited KISSMYMAC at PJ Uptown Damansara Utama to repair the speakers on his MacBook and to check his AirPods. We were extremely pleased with the outstanding service from Ian. He was honest, professional, and proactive in explaining all our options clearly. While we proceeded with repairing the MacBook speakers, Ian advised that repairing the AirPods may not be worthwhile. Although he could have replaced the batteries, he sincerely recommended purchasing a new set instead, as the price difference was minimal and more cost-effective in the long run. We truly appreciated his honesty and integrity. Thank you, Ian, for your excellent customer service and positive attitude. It made our experience a very pleasant one. We will certainly return in the future for any Apple product repairs or support.

Great overall experience - emergency repairs needed on iphone as screen went dead. Reached out to Ian who promptly replied - and stayed at shop waiting for me long after shop was closed. Repaired my phone - impressed at workmanship and expertise, while also appreciating the original spare parts used, also took me through process for official Apple phone repairs registration. Since screen was repaired so well, I also asked to replace battery! Thank you Ian!
