We threw a surprise party for my dad and from day 1 they handled it with extreme professionalism while still being very down to earth. From the decorations to the DJ, everything was on point. The staff felt like a part of the family all night. Even helped my elderly aunt get back and forth to the bathroom all night without anyone asking. That’s beyond a job if you ask me, they took my special night seriously and showed love. The energy of both the staff and the space is beautiful and I definitely have no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend them before anyone. Thank you guys so much for making my dad’s night unforgettable. Perfect 10

I recently hosted an event at this party hall, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The space was beautifully set up, spotless, and had plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves comfortably. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly — from the decorations to the timing, they were attentive and professional the entire time. Our guests kept complimenting the atmosphere, and it truly made the celebration feel special. I highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a stress-free, memorable event!

I’m so glad I stumbled upon kings and queens event hall for my babyshower. It turned out more than I expected from the decorations to the staff. Shoutout to the manager Alex he was very attentive and helpful at baby shower. The bartender was professional and good customer service. Hillary the decorator she is the best. She is the one for the job I’m so glad I chose you. You’re very talented. The photographer he was great the entire night of my event. He captured everyone who showed up. Overall my experience was 10/10 from the owner who helped organized the planning for my babyshower. Thank you all :)

We had our grandsons 1st birthday at this venue and it was nothing short of perfect. Communication was so great. I’m talking about the decorative team, the baker and the venue. Day of all we had to do was drop off the food and drinks, they handled everything. Will definitely be recommending them as well as booking any future events with them again.

Everything was beautiful and so well ran for our evening baby shower. The assigned crew was real attentive, friendly and pleasant. The security and manager, converted themselves into whatever was needed in the moment, super helpful! A lot of compliments were received about the bartender from the guests afterwards! & Hillary the decorator made everything sooooo easy and she was really reliable for this momma to be! Food was ordered from the K&Q's recommended restaurant & was finger licking good, yet another thing guests were asking about the name of the restaurant, which we will be visiting in the future. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! and we could see ourselves throwing future parties with the Kings & Queens group again in the future.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and very well-maintained. Everything was spotless, and the bathrooms stayed fully stocked with toilet tissue and hand towels throughout the entire event. The staff was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to assist with every detail of my daughter’s baby shower. The service was exceptional from start to finish — highly recommend!

I had my daughter's sweet 16 at Kings and Queens this past weekend.The packages they offer are reasonably priced and you get alot in those packages like Dj, security, bartender, cakes and sweets etc.The initial time I started planning the event up until the day of the party, they answered all my questions and the day of the party I was satifised. They did a great job myself and family especially appreciate Alex the on-site manager the day of the event. He was helpful, patient, kind and polite. The Dj Steve was also on point with the music and he was also polite and patient. I would definitely host another event with Kings and Queens.

I had my baby shower last night in the soundview location , everything came out amazing from the staff to the decorator provided from the location package Hilary she was amazing and responsive and made the place look amazing . Staff was really attentive and friendly. My cake and treats from bellavidapastrycafe came out looking beautiful she made my cake exactly how I wanted. The manager from the location who booked my event was super responsive and made sure communicate with me every step of the way and every question I needed help with.

I am so so so happy I found this venue on Instagram. BEST VENUE EVER! Thank you to Amaruys, Alex and Julianna for everything. They were extremely helpful. They were very attentive! The venue is tremendously BEAUTIFUL! This venue is worth every PRICE! They just opened a second venue. I would definitely booked them again for my next event. And I definitely recommend them. My mother had an AMAZING SURPRISE 70th BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION! Thank you so much! Continue making your clients happy and showing them their money is appreciated. God Bless!
