During the freeze, I was in desperate need of a propane tank. I called Kings Rental Club, (along with the rest of Virginia), hoping for an answer. Michelle answered, and graciously offered their propane tank for free. I was able to fill up the tank immediately, and ended up needing it for almost the entire time it was under 40 degrees. Thank you Michelle for so quickly offering your help in such a beautifully practical way. Your service in such a stressful time was such a blessing!

I would recommend Kings rental to anyone. They have a large selection of tools. I recently rented the LVP cutter. I called and was able to rent it when I needed. Michelle King was very friendly and easy to work with. Answered all my questions. The cutter was in great shape, nice and sharp. They made it easy to rent, and return with little effort. Their prices were very reasonable. They are convenient being right in Bedford. I will definitely use kings rental with any future needs.

Super nice people! I needed a backup heat source and they allowed me to use a propane heater that they use on the farm for personal use. Even though I didn’t lose power it was great to have someone like these kind folks to help you out.

I highly recommend King's Rental Club! I have rented tools and equipment from them multiple times and each time they have been phenomenal to work with! They have a large selection of various tools and machinery at a great price (especially if you join the membership). They are willing to talk through your project with you to make sure you have everything you need for as long as you need it in order to complete the task. They have a very high level of customer service and I have only had positive interactions with them. Overall, I have been extremely pleased with the service and equipment that they have provided and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

This business is awesome! It’s like being great friends with that neighbor that has all of the really cool tools AND they let you borrow. Anytime we’ve needed a tool or equipment they have it. No need to go buy something to only use a few times. Super nice to deal with and customer service is phenomenal.

Amazing Customer Service! In such a short notice, they were able to come through with the equipment we needed to help start our foundation of our home! They were very communicative and showed empathy! Such impeccable service! They even delivered and picked the equipment up with a small fee. I needed to rent a mini skid steer along with a few other tools for a project on my property. I decided to join the club to get the discounted rates on tools and since I was using the skid steer, I arranged for delivery. When they arrived with the tools, we were talking about my project and he helped me realize a few things I was missing. He ended up loaning me those additional tools for free. Not only was the pricing a good option, but the service and advice saved me a lot of work in the end. I will be using them more this year!

I was in need of a trailer the day after Thanksgiving. Although Roger was planning to close the shop the week of Thanksgiving, he worked with me to ensure a trailer was available for use. I really appreciated the effort put forth by Roger. Additionally, he has an extensive collection of equipment and tools available for rental. And he is definitely filling a need in the Bedford community. I am confident I will be renting more equipment from Kings Rental Club.

I joined the club and rented a skid steer to take out some old landscaping. The rental fee was very reasonable and the equipment safe and well maintained. It's great having this resource here in Bedford. I've previously had to rent large equipment out of Roanoke and Rocky Mount.
