We stored our 2 big and 2 smaller suitcases here for 1 month while we were traveling, and we could fit all this stuff in the smallest storage unit, and this way it was very cheap. You can check the prices and unit sizes on their website.
Our VISA and Mastercards did not work with the terminal that they have, but fortunately there is an atm very close to the storage place.
Also, pay attention to copy and paste the address from google maps and follow that, because if you just type King Kho Mini Storage into Grab, it might take you to the wrong place.
You can text them on whatsapp before arriving, and they will answer any quetions, very good service! Also the man who helped us with the contract and the storage when we arrived was very kind and helpful, although he couldn't speak english.

If you suddenly need to store extra luggage or need a locker in Hanoi, this is definitely the place to go. They have a wide variety of sizes and are reasonably priced, and best of all, the space is huge. There are plenty of surveillance cameras installed, so security is high and you can feel safe. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and even if you don't contact them by phone or email, they'll be happy to help you at ZALO. It's located near the Aeon Mall in Ha Dong, and they also have a large warehouse. I highly recommend here!

I searched a lot for storage services in Hanoi before my trip to Northern Vietnam, and most of them were quite expensive. But this one offers a very reasonable price with good service.
They have a variety of private storage sizes, from small to large, and the facilities are well-maintained with solid security and private key access.

Ich habe in dieser Storage-Einheit persönliche Gegenstände gelagert – ein Teil davon ist während der Mietzeit spurlos verschwunden. Statt Unterstützung zu erhalten, wurde mir von Seiten der Mitarbeitenden mit Misstrauen begegnet. Ich wurde wiederholt wie eine Kriminelle behandelt, was eine äußerst belastende Erfahrung war.
Erst nach Einschaltung der Polizei wurde mir die Mietgebühr rückerstattet. Eine Entschädigung für die verschwundenen Gegenstände im Wert von über 100 € habe ich jedoch nicht erhalten.
Die Kommunikation war insgesamt unkooperativ und wenig lösungsorientiert.
Ich kann Sie nur warnen diesem Anbieter zu vertrauen.

What happened afterward was beyond our or the police’s control, and we cannot be held liable. Per our rental terms, we advise customers to personally manage move-outs to ensure security.

I used the small unit for about six weeks, while I was traveling around Southeast Asia. I stored one of my backpacks with stuff I wouldn't need for the rest of the trip.
I first got shown around the facility and then my unit. The staff is very helpful and you can contact them easily via WhatsApp.
The units are locked with a lock, you can use your own or by one at the facility. Everyone gets their own access code to the facility, so that easy access is guaranteed even when no one is in the office.
I can recommend it with their fair prices
