The 2 young men they sent were super professional and courteous. They cleaned up and did everything as promised. They for sure need an Attaboy or ISEEYOU award. Overall experience was 5 out of 5! Jonah and the people at King Door Company took good care of us. We had a very unusual situation for our basement garage door and the opening could only accommodate a rollup door. Most other companies I contacted said they couldn’t do the work or don’t install rollup doors on residential properties. Jonah assured me that not only could he and his team do what I needed done, he gave me confidence that we would have more clearance for our opening than any other company had previously suggested. They delivered on that. I’m grateful for Jonah’s confidence in the project and the timely service he and his team provided. Would highly recommend King Door Company to a friend or family member.

Had some electrical work done and then garage door quit working. Some of my son’s friends thought they could fix it but only made matters worse by loosening cables and having no idea what to do. Called King around 1 pm and by six a repairman was there and soon had the door working and told me what the electrician needed to do. Can’t get any better service! I was impressed!!!

Edit 2: The door looks amazing! No complaints here! Edit: it was a simple misunderstanding on their part. Everything was corrected and all was made right. A wonderful service man named Joe Keim took absolute care of me. Called for a new garage door estimate and was told they do not serve my area, despite being in Dalton and the Google search clearly saying serves Chatsworth. I'm confused more than anything.

Don't know how Google messed up my reviews. I had an absolutely wonderful experience with King Door. The serviceman was smart, friendly and experienced. He took care of the problem in nothing flat. The door works perfectly. If you have a garage in this area, you need King Door to make it work the best it can.

I live with my mother and she done something to where the door wouldn’t close! Now being a daughter that can do almost anything and fix stuff this was a task! I YouTube it and I went through the basic to reset it! After hours of dealing with it, even though the company is 10 miles away from our home, I could not get nobody to answer the phone, but their customer service line which they are no help. They made things worse southern people does not have no patience in talking with somebody from up north. Sorry, but it’s a truth! Our number padlock still does not work after he said we need new batteries for it. It’s got brand new batteries in it several different new batteries in it still doesn’t work and all he done was open up. The box for the light was am I still a little button and $75 later there was the bill Trying to still recover from the power bills a winner a sample button that had to be pushed with $75 but they was able to fill all in at the last minute somebody was close which I know their office is 10 miles away but still couldn’t reach nobody from their home office that was 10 miles away But I do appreciate him getting out here and getting the door fixed where it will lower down but too bad we can’t raise it by the outside
