Called out for our back door which we couldn’t lock. Arrived within 30mins. Parts required were on the van and the job was completed within an hour of call out :) Brilliant service, clean and tidy, and very friendly. Very reasonable price which was quoted before going ahead - complete with warranty. Highly recommended.

Prompt efficient and professional service at an extremely fair price. Dom fitted me two new locks during a recent period of crisis in my life. 2 weeks later I lost a set of keys. Due to the quality of the locks new keys were not an option because of the unique coding system. I was worried about the cost of replacing with a new unit. Dom was amazing he just charged me for the lock. He charged no labour costs or travel expenses! Thank you Dom. You have made an elderly vulnerable lady believe that their are still kind and caring people in society. God bless you and I would like to wish you a happy New Year.

The young man who came was polite , professional and completed the job without any problem. He also told us what the price would be before proceeding. Would definitely recommend .

Hi just like to say dom the engineer was excellent no call out fee spotted on my front and back doors poor looking devices which were easy to gain entry replaced both locks with brilliant locks which are very hard to gain entry was very honest and hasn't rip me off Brilliant many thanks jeff
