This clinic is a hidden gem in the Richmond area. A heart felt warming place, with extremely knowledgeable and experienced Dr John, Cristina sensei ;) and very caring Carol. They truly care and want the best for you and put together the most tailored treatment subject to each individuals. Every visit is different and every treatment is a true transformation. If fate brings you to their door, please don't hesitate to knock on it.

I woke up on a Sunday morning in agony with a disc herniation that I get in my neck, (from an old injury that flared up every few months). Fearing to queue for several hours in A&E, I desperately searched Treatwell App for a quick fix deep tissue massage. I found appointment slots right up until 6:30pm on a Sunday so I snapped up a 2:30pm slot. From the moment I walked in, I was looked after more than any private health care I’ve ever paid for. The whole experience was incredible. Not only did I walk out pain free, I was given way more of their time than I had initially paid. I honestly can not recommend enough. I got acupuncture, electronic treatment, massage, tens machine treatment, hot volcanic heat packs, the list goes on… it was the best and most blissful experience I’ve ever had! I have never been to experience any Chinese Medicine treatments before this one, and I will never look back. Bring your friends, family, it’s such a well kept secret, and it works wonders. This is a very special place ! Carol and Wendy supported by Lydia have chosen Chinese medicine to spread their philosophy of caring having gained Oxbridge and London degrees and had short careers in music and finance. Two highly experienced and respected doctors Xiao and Christina have trained them and will diagnose and treat currently Thursday - Saturday. I have been suffering from a chronic neck condition and have been virtually cured after only a few sessions of massage along meridian lines with a herb pack/blanket. The treatment is fully explained during and after the sessions and if you want deeper knowledge a course in Chinese medicine is run at the shop. A truly remarkable group of dedicated and highly talented people.

Come in with an open mind. It's probably unfamiliar to many but I believe TCM is great. Without sounding too hocus-pocus, it's really quite healing to unblock meridian lines, something everyone needs 😁 Cristina and everyone are kind and seem to know what they're doing. Highly recommend. I'm super happy to have found this place.

Excellent experience. I have been a few times, the personnel is very qualified and always give a personalised treatment based on your current condition. They do not spare time and effort to make you better. Excellent price for a top quality treatment. I would highly recommend it!

I’ve been enjoying treatment from this practice for some time. It reassures me greatly to have such caring and informed practitioners of Chinese medicine. Each time I go I feel a huge benefit to my health and am amazed by the uncanny ability of Cristina and the doctor at telling me exactly what’s going on inside my body. This is such a relief, and quite a contrast to my experience with the NHS. Using Chinese medicine to prevent and deal with ongoing problems at this clinic gives me great confidence that as I get older I can look after my body so that I can enjoy good health and get early warnings of any problems that I might not ordinarily be aware of. I highly recommend having treatment here for any concerns, and to maintain excellent health. It’s been a real life line to me. I struggled with chronic skin problems for many months, and the only treatment from the NHS was steroids, which made matters worse. After a couple of treatments here the issues completely subsided.

I struggled with back pain for over 20 years and pain in my neck, middle back and waist I tried several physio and massages before. I even saw a chiropractor for weeks, but no one could help me. Then I found King Health Clinic in Richmond I trusted their approach entirely from day one. I loved how everyone listened to me and my body, all of them sitting together and discussing after explaining my situation, that made me feel that they knew what King health is doing, they recommended me the best treatment for me and during my first sessions I was so happy that finally I will be pain free, I am very thankful for what they have done for me forward to seeing them again My back pain has improved considerably and with another few of sessions, (it has been more than 20 years) I am sure it will disappear, which is pretty impressive after so little time. I had been on the lookout for a skilled Chinese doctor for years, and I couldn't be happier that I discovered King Health Clinic. For nearly two years now, I've been regularly visiting Dr. John and Dr. Cristina. They have played a pivotal role in relieving my long-standing menstrual pain and endometriosis, while also enhancing my overall health, immunity, and energy levels. I followed them from their first clinic in Finsbury Park to this second clinic in Richmond. and this is a beautiful clinic newly refurbed with a very lovely, calming and healing atmosphere. I have seen first hand how much my health has improved through regular treatments, meridian line massage, acupuncture, moxibustion and electric qigong therapy (which is a very unique technique of massaging your back with electric energy!) I've recommended King Health Clinic to several of my friends, and they've all had a great experience and great results. Seeing my and own and their improvements in life thanks to what this clinic has done for us has been truly awe-inspiring. The dedicated healing work the two doctors have done for us has not only transformed the health of me and my friends but also have improved our quality of life and consciousness. The treatment was very beneficial, the doctor identified the various skeletal problems I had, without me needing to say my CV. When I first came in, I literally could not walk, and after 1 treatmentI could walk again and am almost pain-free after second session. The doctors did electric-therapy. Acupuncture,and manipulate,gave me much more than I had initially booked,and extended the session. Very recommended.
