Ian Spicer is awesome! He diagnosed the water pressure issue, and determined with a large house that we need an extension tank for our R/O system- at no additional charge since we had it installed a few weeks ago. And he verified that our water softener system is overdue for carbon filter replacement, which is critical to filter out the additional chlorine that's been added to our water supply. I believe the chlorine is a big contributor to the deterioration of my husbands skin. Thanks Ian!
