日本人花嫁×オーストラリア人花婿の国際結婚式＆披露宴をシドニーで行うにあたり、白無垢と母の黒留袖をお借りしました。
莉加さんは、とても親切で話しやすく、細部までこだわりたい私の希望を、とても丁寧に汲み取りながら対応して下さいました😊🌼
着付けの技術が素晴らしく、シドニー内の会場は石畳や芝生の上を歩くなど、かなり動く事も多かったですが、それでも全く着崩れず、着付けの際にとても丁寧に「きつくないか？」「苦しくないか？」などを確認して下さったので、最後まで気分が悪くなる事もなく、楽しみながら結婚式に集中する事ができました。
一生に一度きりの白無垢を選ぶ上で、莉加さんからお借りしたいと思ったきっかけは、彼女自身から「純粋さ」を感じれた事です。お着物の扱い方や着付けの仕方、全ての所作から、純粋に日本の着物文化や着物の美しさを愛し、大切になさっているのが感じられ、とても感銘しました。
莉加さんの大切にされているお着物を身に纏って結婚式ができた事がとても嬉しく、その貴重な機会を下さった事に、心から感謝しております。

For our international wedding in Sydney (Japanese bride and Australian groom), I borrowed a shiromuku and my mother’s kurotomesode from Rika.
Rika is kind, easy to talk to, and she carefully understood my wish to pay attention to every detail 😊🌼
Her dressing skills are outstanding. Even though I walked a lot on cobblestones and grass during the day, the kimono stayed perfectly in place. She also checked carefully that it wasn’t too tight or uncomfortable, so I felt great the whole time and could truly enjoy our wedding.
The reason I chose to borrow from Rika is because I felt a genuine sense of purity from her. Through the way she handles kimono and her beautiful manner, I could feel her deep love and respect for Japanese kimono culture—it was truly inspiring.
I am so happy I was able to wear her precious kimono on such a special day, and I am sincerely grateful for this opportunity.
