Can't give 5 stars as they were dropping the anchor on top of the coral - you're damaging the little bit of coral that's left! There is very very little fish (we saw one parrot fish, two clown fish, zero turtles) They ask you to give a review while you're still on the boat and they will take a photo of it, so you're pressured in writing a review and most people will just give 5 stars. They recommended us to go snorkeling around the southern islands as it seems like the northern part of the island mostly has bleached corals. The tour is well organised and enjoyed it overall, but keep your underwater expectations low

We take coral protection very seriously and our staff are instructed not to drop anchors on coral areas. We also regularly remind our guests to avoid standing and stepping on corals during snorkeling.

Snorkeling areas are often shared by multiple boats operating nearby, so there may sometimes be situations outside of our direct control. However, our team is consistently reminded to follow responsible snorkeling practices and minimize impact on the marine environment.

We are also sorry if you felt uncomfortable regarding reviews. We only invite guests to leave an honest review if they wish to share their experience, and we appreciate all feedback.

Un grand merci à Kim pour cette superbe journée à Phu Quoc. J’ai participé à la randonnée ainsi qu’à la session de snorkeling, et tout était très bien organisé du début à la fin. Kim est gentille, professionnelle, attentive tout au long de l’activité. La randonnée permet de découvrir de très beaux paysages, et le snorkeling était vraiment agréable avec de beaux fonds marins à observer. On se sent en confiance et bien accompagné pendant toute l’expérience. En plus de ça, Kim propose aussi des tours en petit groupe, ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus agréable, conviviale et authentique. On évite les groupes trop nombreux et on profite beaucoup mieux de la journée. Je recommande sans hésiter de réserver des excursions avec Kim à toutes les personnes qui veulent découvrir une autre facette de Phu Quoc et passer une excellente journée.

We took our family out with Kimie this morning and it was easily one of the best snorkel experiences we’ve had anywhere in the world. She was incredible with our 6-year-old son, patient, hands-on, and completely tuned in to making sure he felt safe and excited in the water. He came back already asking when we can go again. What I appreciated just as much was watching her stop to pick up plastic bottles floating in the ocean. You can tell she genuinely loves Phu Quoc and is committed to protecting it. Knowledgeable, warm, and clearly the real deal. Highly recommend Kimie to any family or anyone wanting a thoughtful, sustainable tour. Cảm ơn, Kimie!

An absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! The boat trip took us to two stunning islands, with breathtaking scenery and crystal-clear water, perfect for snorkeling. A huge thank you to Kim, who was simply perfect. She is without a doubt the best underwater guide: reassuring, passionate, and incredibly attentive. She showed us beautiful marine life with great care and professionalism. Everything was perfectly organized, and we created unforgettable memories. I highly recommend this experience!

Kimi Tours is run by Kim, a native Vietnamese female. We had an excellent tour for half-day snorkelling with a small group. We are experienced snorkellers, and would rate her tour very highly, as she took us to 2 spots different from the main crowds and offered 2x45min snorkelling. Kim was in the water with us, and pointed out several interesting things to us. She has an excellent disposition, spoke good english and was also very funny. The boat was a good quality small speed boat, taking only 15min to get to the snorkelling area. Pickup at our hotel was great. Equipment was good quality and she applied anti-fog to our masks before each stop. The third stop was a beach stop at the the touristy May Rut island, which some reviews thoroughly complain about, but we weren’t there long, just enough to have a rest (one in out group had some nausea from the water), bathroom stop, and get an ice cream or beer, so it was fine. In terms of snorkelling quality, visibility is lower than some of the worlds top spots, but we still thoroughly enjoyed it!!! We highly recommend Kimi’s tours

Je wordt opgehaald door een vriendelijke chauffeur. De crew en Kim waren zeer vriendelijk. Kim spreekt vlot Engels. Ondanks dat ik de eerste keer met masker en snorkel de zee in ging was ik na een paar minuten helemaal rustig en een met de omgeving. Kim wees ons enkel pracht exemplaren aan van vissen maar ook van koraal. Je krijgt duikmateriaal en zwemvliezen. Er zijn ook reddingsvesten voorzien indien je niet zo een goede zwemmer bent of zoals ik, niet zo op je gemak in het water. We deden de 4-uur tocht, deze was privé. 2 stopplaatsen om te duiken en eentje om een drankje of ijsje te nuttigen/ fotosessie te houden. Na de eerste duikbeurt word je ook verwend met een kokosnootdrankje, verse mango en drakenfruit. We deden onze tocht in de namiddag en konden dus ook genieten van een prachtige zonsondergang. Kim maakt ook enkele onderwater filmpjes en een foto. Deze zijn in de prijs ingegrepen. We hebben GENOTEN.

Bill was such a lovely tour guide! He spoke amazing English and pointed out all the fish we would see before going in. I would highly recommend. The islands were beautiful, and we saw so many colourful fish! Great day with a small tour group!
