We know it is because of the warmth, patience, and hands-on care the team show him every day - catering above and beyond to his needs. From the moment we enrolled our son, we’ve felt completely at ease knowing he is in such loving and capable hands. His educators treat him as if he were their own child — nurturing, patient, and genuinely caring. The communication is excellent, and it’s clear that the whole team is passionate about creating a safe, fun, and stimulating environment where children can thrive. Our son absolutely loves going each day, and it brings us so much joy to see how happy and confident he’s become under their care. We have had an absolute wonderful experience here! The nursery room is filled with beautiful and kind educators that my daughter has adored. The free breaky during the week for parents is also such a great perk too! My daughter has thrived being here and all communication between the centre and families is perfect. Highly recommended, you feel so welcome when dropping off and picking up, everyone says hello and even other educators know your child’s name which makes it more special.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My daughter has been at Kids Academy Taigum since this April, and now that she’s about to turn 2, I just feel so grateful for the amazing care she has received. The educators are so loving and patient – they really treat her like their own. She really enjoys her day there. What means so much to us as parents is the way they take such special care with her dietary requirements. It’s such a big comfort knowing she’s safe, looked after, and still able to enjoy her meals without missing out. Every day she comes home happy, learning new things, and it’s so clear how much she enjoys being there. The centre has become like a second home for her, and seeing her little face light up when we arrive in the morning says it all. The communication is the key and I feel that the staff there is easy to communicate with and they really take notes of what you share Thank you to the whole team at Kids Academy Taigum – we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place for our daughter to grow and thrive.

Terrible experience My child had multiple incidents at this center, including one where he suffered an injury dangerously close to his eye. After that, his GP advised me to withdraw him for his safety, which I did last year August. Shockingly, I was debited $604 without my consent over a month ago, and despite multiple follow ups, I still haven't been refunded. Unacceptable on every level.

I am so glad I found Kids Academy Taigum. It wasn’t an easy decision moving my 2 children to a new childcare, but Jodi and the team made the transition so easy and positive. Both my children are thriving, the food being served is FANTASTIC and all the staff are so lovely and attentive. I would not send my two anywhere else!

Moving from overseas our family was nervous around ensuring our toddler could find an incredible daycare that she would love and feel comfortable in. After initial comms with KA we where already excited about arriving and having a tour. Once we met the staff and saw the centre, and how the teachers interact with the children we knew it was an instant - hell yes! Our daughter settled in very quickly, is thriving and developing so much, and gets so excited to go to 'school' every morning. Thank you KA - you are a wonderful centre and we are so lucky to be apart of the centre!

We moved over to Brisbane from New Zealand, 2 year old in tow, ready for our new life in Australia. Definitely had a few nerves from Mum and Dad around taking our little one from familiar surroundings in Christchurch for Kids Academy, but the team have made us feel at home from day 1. Our little one has taken to Kids Academy instantly, loves her teachers, friends, activities and surroundings which makes us happy parents. The app is awesome, the regular correspondence with everything else happening at the centre is great. Looking forward to seeing our little one continue to blossom under the fantastic care of Kids Academy Taigum

Fantastic childcare! We had our son on the waitlist for approximately 6 months and it was definitely worth the wait. The educators are wonderful and have the best interest for the children. Special mention to Devurah and Ronisha for the amazing work they do as well as Jodie for always being available to listen and help with any queries. Highly recommend!

I can not speak any higher or thank kids academy taigum and all the staff members enough! My two children attend the centre my son who is special needs (non verbal) has been given nothing but the best support and love we could have asked for! The educators that work with him are constantly trying to help and support his learning and emotional growth and they never give up on him. And a big shout to all the educators in the senior toddler room, “little miss bossy” loves you all. I truly think that this is the best centre with the most amazing educators and management team.

Our child has attended Kids Academy Taigum for 2 years now and we’ve seen lots of change in the centre over this time - definitely for the better! She loves her educators and looks forward to going everyday. A variety of well-organised activities everyday to challenge and entertain, large outdoor playground areas and fun ‘themed’ days always offer something different for the littlies - we love seeing the daily updates and photos on the app! It’s been so amazing seeing her develop, grow in confidence and make little friends. The centre manager, all the educators and the centre chef are all so friendly, welcoming, accommodating and understanding - which (considering daycare is such a stressful, hectic and challenging environment at the best of times!) is very much appreciated by all the parents! 👏🏼

The team is incredible there: Miss Brea and Miss Lorena and Miss Laura are more than incredible educators. They are so dedicated, professional and passionate about what they do. Chef Grant is amazing too. He really cares about the children, their nutrition and what they eat. Aria, my daughter will miss you all immensely. Thank you for looking after her and teaching her so many wonderful things. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
