We couldn’t be happier with Kids Academy. The educators are all incredibly kind, attentive and truly care about each child’s individual needs.
We’ve been through a few daycares and the difference that Kids Academy has is that we truly feel apart of one big family. All of the educators know my children which makes it so easy for transitions to classes and when playing with other kids. It also helps my children build trusting relationships and connections which is really important to us.
My children have both grown so much since attending. Socially, emotionally and in their learning. It’s clear how much effort goes into the daily activities and creating a positive, engaging environment.
I also really appreciate the communication and updates even if it is very minor, this makes me feel so involved in their day. It’s such a comforting feeling knowing they are safe, happy and genuinely cared for and they want to keep going back. Sometimes it’s a fight to get them to come home!
The community of Kids Academy is wonderful and the educators are always doing something to be engaging with the parents and families. A special thank you to all the educators for the amazing work you do every day, it doesn’t go unnoticed!

Hands down the best centre in the broader area without doubt, all staff are so warm, welcoming and it truly puts my mind at ease knowing my little one is in safe hands.

Only downfall is 2 rate increases within a few months of each other; considering the second come without warning and with no explanation - we have relied on family to care an additional day due to affordability which is pretty disappointing..

Our family has loved every moment with Kids Academy Redbank Plains. Georgia and the team provided exceptional care, support and warmth, helping my son grow and thrive in such a positive environment. He always came home excited to share stories about his friends, the educators, the activities, and especially the food.
Leaving due to a house move was heartbreaking — I honestly wish we could have taken the centre with us. An outstanding service that I cannot recommend highly enough.

We love Kids Academy! After attending another center locally, and having a bad experience, it took us almost a year to feel confident to try another center and Kids Academy has been brilliant for our growing family!
We feel supported, listened to and accommodated with all requests and know our children feel safe and secure in the environment.
I love the daily reports and saying a summary of their day, knowing when they’ve slept and what they’ve eaten.

My daughter has been going to kids academy for now nearly a year. Previously from a FDC.
Christina is wonderful with my daughter and the staff always greet my girl in the mornings and say bye every afternoon. Lovely atmosphere and if there is any concerns they are quick to sort it out.

Cannot recommend this centre enough, Georgia, Marnie and the whole team are absolutely amazing! Very warm and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. They endeavor to cater to each child’s individual needs to the best of their ability. They also follow guidelines and take policies very seriously ensuring the safety of all staff and children. Our child has thrived since starting there, would not want to send them anywhere else.

I have had my child enrolled here for several months here now. I'm really happy with how the educators and management have assisted with my child. Georgia is always helpful and makes you feel so welcome every time we walk through those doors. (she's my favorite).
Marnie is also fantastic and they make an awesome combination. They have always kept us informed of any incidents / issues and most importantly my child is really happy which is a reflection on staff / educators and the center! Really happy with their service.

before it was kids club that time it was good centre but when kids academy took over and changed the management i face one of the worst service for my baby. whatever they can't do they just blame the kids, they do not have enough staff to take care the kids , all the kids from that centre past two months eating cold foods because they are renovating their centre but still they did not finish it. if you planning to put your baby please find everything about the centre. some parents like it some not but they are very unprofessional towards their job.
We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns which have been discussed through conversations previously. The issue with serving a cold menu was due to flood damages we experienced mid-January, but we've since partnered with Kids Gourmet Food and resumed serving hot meals. Regarding staffing, we've always maintained ample levels and addressed any concerns according to our policies.

My 2 year old daughter has attended Kids Club - Redbank Plains for coming up to a year in May and we couldn’t be more happier with this centre, the management and her educators. Everyone is so lovely and welcoming and not to mention the rooms are so beautifully designed! The communication from Georgia and the team is always above and beyond + they are always seeking feedback/suggestions from parents in regards to menu’s, activities and other daycare events. My daughter started in the Senior Nursery and has now moved to the Jnr Toddlers room. She has been able to thrive in both rooms and has evidently become more confident in her communication skills, always surprising me with new words and songs. When she’s not at daycare she’s always saying her educators names and that she misses them! lol couldn’t recommend this centre enough ♥️

Absolutely amazing centre with amazing staff and an amazing facility! My boys have been there for 2 years now and were were lucky enough to be there through the management change. My boys have such a good and individual relationship with every educator. Won’t be changing centres any time soon!

We have been attending the centre for 3 months since my baby was 5 months old. He’s always so happy to show up and the staff are always so happy to see him too! Georgia, the centre manager, has been beyond helpful with every question, form, issue etc with no hesitation. The staff there have also had to administer medication, contact us when there’s been feeding issues, work through naps, eating and teething challenges. During all this they’ve kept us updated and worked with us to get through it all. I definitely have trust in them after personally experiencing so much already and recommend this centre and the staff!
