We love KAEH. Our little ones are always happy, safe and engaged, and it’s such a relief as parents to feel confident leaving them here. The team is warm, attentive, and really takes the time to know each child, and the manager Nicole is supportive, approachable and always professional. We truly feel like our kids are in the best hands, and we’re so grateful for everything they do every day.

We have had our children at the centre for a number of years. We also have used other centres on the coast and in Victoria. I couldn’t recommend this centre High enough. The safety, wellbeing and happiness of our children, staff, cleanliness, culture, communication, and development of our kids in every way is absolutely beyond expectations.

I couldn’t ask for a more amazing childcare centre for my son. He has been at Kids Academy Erina Heights since he was just 3 months old, and it has truly become a second home for him. The educators don’t just care for the children—they genuinely know them, understand their individual needs, and create a safe, inclusive, empathetic, fun and educational environment where every child feels seen and supported. The centre manager is exceptional. She goes above and beyond for every child and parent, and it shows in the way all the kids make sure to pop in to say goodbye and excitedly share their stories from the day or their weekend. That connection speaks volumes about the culture she leads and the trust the children feel. I’m incredibly grateful for the nurturing, loving start my son has had here. Kids Academy Erina Heights is everything you hope for in early childhood education and more.

My son has been going to this centre only recently, all the staff are lovely there, they are very welcoming everytime we walk in. My son loves going and gets excited everytime to go to school and see the educators and children. His happy and wants to stay as he loves it there which makes me know his in the right place. Being a old child care educator myself it makes me happy and calm knowing his getting the care and social environment he needs.

Both my children have attended this particular centre, in 2019 and also now in 2026, and I cannot fault a single thing about this centre and their services after all this time! This is the most consistent, well-rounded and beautiful centre my children have attended, they go above and beyond in all that they do and I would not choose another facility above this one. They give 100% in all areas of learning whether play or education based, throughout all of their highly trained staff. Well done Kids Academy Erina Heights! 10/10

Our daughter attends Kids Academy. She enjoys her days which are full of a variety of activities to engage her and help her learn. More importantly, the staff are so lovely and accomodating which helps her feel safe and comfortable. They staff are always willing to make the day personalised so our daughters needs are met. We are very happy with the centre.

The educators and management team at Kids Academy are fantastic. Every staff member is courteous, caring, and and professional. We are always greeted with a smile and acknowledged when we arrive or leave. The daily communication with us parents is outstanding and something I enjoy and look forward to seeing everyday. I've been lucky enough to have both of my girls enjoy this wonderful daycare/ preschool. The educators are just amazing, they love the kids, what they do and they look to make sure everyday an awesome experience. My eldest just left to go to kindy and she was soo well prepared because of the great work these educators do each day. My littlest is now in the toddler room and is thriving. She loves going into school each day and learning.. The planned activities for the kids are so much fun. Im glad weve got a couple of years left with my toddler here.

Kids Academy Erina Heights has been the most amazing day care/preschool for our family! I have sent all three of my children there over the years! The staff/educators are incredibly nurturing and wonderful to deal with. By the time my children completed their time at Kids Academy, they had all been well prepped for their next big chapter and I believe this gorgeous school and the educators played a huge role in this. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!!
