This centre is absolutely beautiful. The educators are so caring and attentive. The management is the reason why this centre runs so great, they are highly experienced with such high standards. My daughter loves attending and has been here since she was 6 months old, we recommend to all our friends and family. I have never seen a childcare so clean and so much learning in occurring. After touring many centres i just new that this one was the one for our family and we have never looked back. Thank you Phillip Team

This centre looked after my son for 3+ years. Kate and all the carers were caring, considerate and taught him so much. Between the ages of 1-2 years, he developed up to 18 allergies which caused various symptoms; his carers were patient with me and provided consistent support to my son while we navigated through that turbulent health journey. The centre is clean and the amenities they provide are helpful. We were sorry to have to leave! Thanks Kate, Mei, Ebony, Suk Yian, Christina and all the amazing carers and chefs for looking after my little one so well!

Our daughter has been attending Kids Academy for 1 year now. In this time she has moved across 3 different rooms (due to her age/ room requirements), but the educators have been phenomenal in each one and have fostered beautiful relationships with her. We love the updates on the app, and love to see her engaged in meaningful play and activities. She comes home each day taking about her friends and love of ‘school’ and looks forward to the days she goes. The front end management team has always been fantastic. They know us and our daughter, and are always prompt with responding to enquiries. Also love the multi-cultural menu and all the food she is offered. Cannot fault Kids Academy and would recommend it to anyone considering a daycare in Woden area.

Absolutely love this childcare facility. As soon as my partner and I walked through the doors for a tour, we instantly had a good feeling about the centre. From day one in 2024 and still to this day 2025, my daughter has had the best experience and I walk out feeling good knowing the educators look after her, follow her schedule to the best they can, which is pretty much always on point with what I provide to them. I love that they spend time in different rooms getting to know different educators and kids. The whole facility is always clean and the effort they go to on a daily basis is unmatched, it’s just overall refreshing when you walk in! The meals that the chef provides on a daily basis are always great choices and a huge variety, therefore encouraging the kids to try different foods, they bring out a new menu for each season. I look forward to watching my daughter grow and progress into each room and being apart of this great centre until it’s time for big school. I will be bringing my future children to this centre.

Our family has had a great experience with Kids Academy. Our son attended for two years, and now our daughter has been going since she was 10 months old; she’s 2 years old now. The location is very convenient for us, as it’s on our way to the city, making drop-offs easy. The staff are always friendly and attentive, taking excellent care of both of our children. They’ve also provided valuable parenting advice when we’ve needed guidance. We appreciate the interesting activities they organize, and the thoughtful presents they help the kids make for festivals. I still cherish the photos they took at my daughter’s birthday celebration. If we ever have more children, Kids Academy will definitely be our top choice again.

We have been sending our child to Kids Academy for the past few months and we couldn't be happier with the care they provide. The staff are friendly and are always keeping us updated on our child's activities throughout the day. Our little one is in the Nursery Room. The team in the nursery room are approachable, nurturing and kind. I was initially nervous about sending my child to daycare for the first time, but the wonderful start we have had at Kids Academy has put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this centre for their excellent communication, caring staff, and overall positive experience.

Absolutely worst childcare centre ever will never be recommending this centre to anyone. I had to make two formal complaints in 24 hours They don't listen to parents, got no communication, no respect and they don't seem to help childcare settle in
