We're very grateful and happy to have Melissa as our childminder. She is very understanding, loving, open and caring to our baby. We highly recommend Melissa if you're looking for a childminder.
In terms of Kidibliss management, i think they can do a lot better to communication the terms & conditions as there are no black & white. We were charged a full month of service for a 2 weeks of service. I hope this full month worth of fees also goes to our childminder instead of just the agency alone. This includes addition add on hours as well as extra meal prep amount which I believe should be pro-rated since this is outside the basic monthly payment.

Just to clarify, the terms and conditions are in our Parent Handbook which states one calendar month notice is needed. Please be rest assured that the fees are also paid to the childminder within the same terms and conditions. The childminder is aware of this. Hope this helps to clarify your point.

We engaged Kidibliss for their childminding service, and the staff were incredibly prompt in helping us find a childminder who lived nearby. We were introduced to Rina, and we couldn’t be more thankful that she became our childminder!
As first-time parents, we truly appreciate how she takes the time to explain things clearly and keeps us regularly updated on our baby’s routine. She follows a consistent schedule for meals and sleep, and under her care, our baby eats and sleeps very well.
Rina is not only reliable but also genuinely caring. She engages our baby with age-appropriate activities that support learning and development, and her home is always clean, child-safe, and welcoming.

This was our first time using KidiBliss. The overall experience was exceptional and I would highly recommend. Wendy, the part time nanny assigned, took excellent care of our 2 kids for the 2 weeks while their nanny was away. She connected well with them and even shared some great ideas on how to keep them occupied.

I engaged Kidibliss for their infant childminding service, and Jess and her team were extremely responsive, readily addressing all my questions and helping me find an infant childminder who lived within close proximity to my residence!

She regularly updates me on how my child is doing, so I always know he’s in good hands. Happy to enlist the help of my childminder as my baby's needs are met better than at infant care centres. As a bonus, my childminder is super passionate and has prepared an enriching environment with many activities for baby to do throughout the day. She goes above and beyond, always willing to work with us to provide what is best for baby; curating an environment conducive for sleep during naps, understanding baby's cues, and ensuring screens are kept away from baby. At our request, she keeps a log of activities for the day so that we are not left out of the loop.
Additionally, because there aren't so many kids around, the environment is kept clean and baby has had good health since being put in the childminding program. This is a huge burden off our shoulders.
A big thank you to Mas! For being an awesome childminder ☺️🫶🏽

My childminder Vanessa is a friendly and easy going person, she takes care of my baby since 9 months old and provides detail update like how much milk did baby drink & nap time... So I know when to feed my baby after picking up, a big thank you to Vanessa!
