I called to the laverton store on Sunday the 22nd of march on a very busy day.I had issues trying to configure my solar controller (my problem not the product) an extremely helpful staff member came out to my van asked me some details and in a few minutes had everything sorted. Iwas pleasantly shocked with this lever of customer service, my only complaint is this review only allows five stars not more.Thank you all from a very happy (returning) customer
