Khush Dental Reviews

Cannot recommend - especially if you are uncomfortable with dentists I rarely leave poor feedback or reviews - usually I would just not review and move on. In the case of khush dental I have to make an exception. I went to their premesis in Bishopbriggs and did not have a good experience. I arrived without any pain - I was there solely for a check up (my 1st with them). The dentist who did the check up seemed to use considerably more force pulling at my teeth as she did the check up. The dentist then told me I would need work done as there were apparently numerous issues with my teeth. She declined to list these or tell me what was wrong - saying she would list them all at my next appointment (I had asked about a gumshield and she wanted me to come back for this so wanted to provide details of the work I needed done then). I did find this odd but agreed. A few hours after the appointment I felt an ache in my teeth but thought it would be something minor and would wear off. A week later it had gotten much worse and I was in genuine pain so I called them back. The dentist was apparently consulted and her view (she never came on the phone herself) was that this would "probably wear off" and that if it didn't I could go to the dental hospital. The other comment passed on to me was that she felt I had bacteria around some of my teeth and the problem probably stemmed from that (so this was in other words my own fault). I have always been a little phobic about dentists and found this experience more than a little upsetting. I later (after some searching) found another dentist I could trust who did a thorough check up and told me there was nothing wrong with my teeth that called for any work. Overall I found the staff I spoke to on the phone at khush dentist to be polite and friendly but found every other element poor. Cannot recommend them at all especially if you are not comfortable with dentists.

Highly recommend this dental practice. I can’t praise this practice highly enough. I have always felt relaxed on arrival with Alison and Cara’s friendly manner in reception . On having just finished my invisalign treatment, I am delighted with the transformation and my smile. Ronan explained everything prior to my treatment and on every visit accurately. The hygienist was very thorough and informative . Ronan and Rachel’s professionalism always made me feel comfortable and at ease. I would highly recommend this practice for basic dental care and Ronan for invisalign treatment. He is a perfectionist.

Dental Hygienist Enjoyed my experience with the dental hygienist. She explained the procedure clearly, very informative, provided excellent post procedure advice. In summary very professional and will definitely make a return appointment in the future.
