From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly professional, responsive, and supportive. When I first called, they responded promptly, and the very next day Matt Katz provided a detailed PowerPoint presentation explaining the entire process, which immediately gave me confidence and peace of mind. Throughout the case, Vladimir Teletanski kept me informed every step of the way. He communicated regularly, was transparent with billing, and always made sure I understood what was happening with my son’s case. I hired him specifically to help with child support matters and to secure my son’s rights as a father, and he exceeded every expectation. The child support system in Illinois is extremely complex, but thanks to Vladimir’s knowledge, dedication, and strategic approach, I was able to secure rights for my son that I honestly did not think were possible. Steer Clear of these people They don't listen to you. High pressure "sales" to after more than you want to which only benefits them. When you call them out on it, they'll just dump you as a client. I NOT recommend, unless you wanna be steamrolled and ignored and dumped. Oh, and you get to pay for all of that fun. zero stars. I have/had severe PTSD when I talked to these people and hired them. They were nice... said all the right things... the instant my PTSD became an inconvenience, they dumped me as a client and left me hanging out to dry. If you hire them, make sure to save enough money to hire a GOOD lawyer once these people f$## you over. There are some pleasant office workers, but overall, they have the emotional intelligence of a dead moth. There are far, far better options out there. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have a bridge to go jump off.
